Chapter 22 - Another Proclaimation

Gracey's POV

The next morning, Flich put another noticed. It's says:

PROMCLAMATION
EDUCATIONAL DECREE NO. 82
ALL STUDENTSWILL SUBMIT TOQUESTIONINGABOUTSUSPECTEDILLICITActivities You've got to be kidding me! I thought.
"This wasn't I expected." Belle mumbled.

I nodded.

We went to Umbridge's Office and everyone's here for the questioning.
"Next." she called.

And guess who's first....Belle.
"Belle, maybe I should go first." I suggested.

"Gracey, I'll be alright. Don't worry." she said.
I nodded and she went in.

Isabelle's POV
I sat down in front of her. "Have some tea, Miss Chan.' she said.
"I don't drink tea." I replied.
"How about some water?" she asked.

"Sure." She got me some water and I grabbed it. I looked at the water that she gave me. 

It looks weird. I thought.

I pretend to drink it and put the cup down.

"Now, what were you doing this afternoon?" she asked. 

"Doing my homework as always." I said. 

"Drink some more water." she said. 

I did nothing. 

I just sighed and pretended to drink another.

"Now, tell me, Miss Chan. What were you doing in the past events?" she asked.

"I told you, doing my homework as always." I said.
She looked at me closely. 

"Am I done? I told you the truth." I said.

"You may go."

I got up and walked out of her filthy room.

I walked up to Gracey and Harry and they looked at me with worry.
"Don't drink tea or water...she put Veritaserum." I said.

They nodded.

In the ROR - Gracey's POV
"Now, focus on a fixed point and try again." Harry said to Neville. "Expelliarums." It did nothing. Poor Neville.

"Very good. Keep your concentration." said Harry, walking around the room. I was with Fred. I turned around ans saw Harry helping Cho. 

He hold her hand. 

"A little higher." he said. 

I get this feeling inside of me.

 Jealsousy? I thought. 

I shook my head. I heard Nigel fall. "I'm okay, I'm okay."

I sort of lost concentration and Fred fell on the floor.
"Sorry Fred." I said.

"I'm okay." he said. I sighed.
"Let's try again."
I nodded and levitated him up again.

Suddenly, Harry came up to me.
"A little higher." he said. He took my hand and raised it a little higher.

"Your standing position is a little off, Grace." he said.

"Huh? I am?" I asked.
He nodded. He placed his both hands on my waist and positioned me.

OH GOD! DON'T BLUSH, GRACEY! I thought.

HARRY AND GRACEY KISSING IN THE TREE. K-I-S-S-I-N-G! I heard Belle in my thoughts.

Oh, shut up, Belle.

Harry held one of his hand on my waist and the other hand on my hand.
"There, comfortable?" he asked.

I nodded.
He let go and watched me.

SO CUTE!!! Belle said in my thoughts.
I rolled my eyes at that.

You know you like it. she said.

Isabelle's POV - The Next Morning
"Working hard is important, but there's something that matter ever more: Believing in yourself." said Harry. "Think of it this way. Every great wizard in history started out...as nothing more than what we are now: Students. If they can do it, why not us?"

We kept on practicing until Harry had a idea.

"Alright, gather around the dummy. We're going to practice defensive spells, with this dummy. I'll start first. When it comes to you, just say a spell that comes up to your minds." He said. "Expelliarmus!" He was walking around. He's getting more confident. 

They were sending spells until...

"REDUCTO!" I looked at Ginny. I was surprised. No one messes with a Weasley.

It was nearly Christmas. Gracey keeps getting death glares from Cho. She ignored her glares. I saw Neville practicing with the Patil Twins and guess what?! He did it!

Harry, Hermione, Ron, Gracey and I were in front of the room.
"So that's it for this lesson. Now, we're not gonna be meeting again until the holidays." said Harry. Everyone groaned.

"So just keep practicing on your own as best you can. And well done, everyone. Great, great work." He said. 

Everyone clapped. 

"Well done, mate." whispered Ron. 

"Thanks."

Gracey was staring at Harry, but he was staring at Cho.
"See you at the common room, Harry." said Hermione.

He nodded and walked foreward.
"Come on, Gracey." I said.

"You go on ahead. I need to do something." she said.
I sighed and nodded.

"Okay."
I left the room of requirement. I turned to the next corner until I bumped into HIM again.
"Belle, Can we---" I cut him off by bumping into his shoulder.

"Belle, wait!" He grabbed my wrist and I stopped.
"What is this time, Malfoy?" I sneered, without looking at him.

"Can we talk?" he asked.
"After what you said to me. Hmph, like I would listen to a foul git like you." I replied, harshly.

I shoved his hands off me. I was about to go until he wrapped his arms around me and hugged my back.
"Let go." I sneered.

He didn't say anything, all he did was hugging me tighter.
"Let go, Malfoy."

"No. Not until I talked to you." he said.
Then suddenly, he started to kiss my neck. I gasped at that.
He kept on kissing it, until I had enough. 

I grabbed his hands and flipped him over.

"Never do that again, Malfoy. I didn't I tell you before. I'm not a toy." I said, glaring.
I backed up as he got up. I didn't look at him in eye, I just left him there.

After talking with the foul git...I saw Cedric, leaning on the wall.
"You saw it, didn't you?" I asked.

He nodded. "Sorry. I shouldn't have listened."
"It's all right." I said.

Cedric and I looked at each other and smiled.
"So, what happened to you and Cho?" I asked.
He sighed at that.

"I broke up with her, because she was using me to get someone jealous." he replied.
"I'm sorry to hear that." I said.

"It's alright. I'm already over it. I like someone else." he said.
"Who?" I asked.

Cedric chuckled and came up to me.
My eyes widen at that.

"You." he said.

I was shocked. I just broke up with Malfoy and now Cedric just told me he likes me.
"I have a crush on you even since, Belle." he said.

I looked away. "So, the rumors were true, then."

He nodded.

"I know you just broke up with Malfoy, but maybe you can open your heart again." he said.
"I can't. I already locked it. Ever since, I broke up with him." I replied.

"Maybe I can do that. Maybe I'm the key to open your heart." said Cedric.
I looked at him with tears in my eyes.

"Please, Belle. Give me a chance." he said.
I sighed at that.

Then I looked up and saw a mistletoe. Cedric looked up also.
"Mistletoe." I mumbled.

Cedric smiled and held my hand.
"I love you, Belle." he said.

The three words that I haven't heard for a long time.
Cedric and I looked at each other and he started to lean in.

I did as well. Cedric and I kissed under the mistletoe.
