Chapter 25 - Back To Hogwarts

Isabelle's POV
When we back to Hogwarts, Hagrid's back. I haven't seen him since like forever. So we're at his hut right now, but Umbridge was there.

"I'm going to say this one last time. I'm ordering you to tell me where you've been." Umbridge commanded.
"I told you. I've been away for me health." said Hagrid.

"You health?"

We pecked through the window, but we ducked down, because Umbridge almost got us.

"Yeah. Bit of fresh air, you know." said Hagrid.
"Oh, yes. As gamekeeper, fresh air must be difficult to come by. If I were you, I shouldn't get too used to being back. In fact, I mightn't bother unpacking at all." she said.

I heard the door opened. Hermione grabbed Ron. Boy, he's slow.

Umbrigde got out of Hagrid's Hut. She starts to put perfume on herself then spray behind her. She left.
Hermione knocked on the door.

"That is a horrible smell." I said I held on my breathe. Gracey nodded as in agreement.

We knocked on the door and Hagrid opened it. He let us.

"What are you doing here?" He asked us.
"We came here to see you." Harry replied.
"The question is...where were you?" I asked as I crossed my arms.

Hagrid sighed and let us sit down.
"This is top secret." We stood there quiet, telling him to continue.

"Dumbledore sent me to parley with the giants." he said.
"Giants?" asked Hermione, surprisely.

"Shhh." I said while I put my finger in front of my lip.
"You found them?" asked Hermione as she did a quiet voice tone.

"Well, they're not that hard to find, to be perfectly honest. They're so big, see?" said Hagrid.

"I tried to convince them to join the cause. But I wasn't the only one that was trying to win them over." he added.

"Death Eaters?" said Ron and I. "Yes." Hagrid answered.

"I'm guessing that they're trying to persuade them to join him." Gracey said, while crossing my arms.

Hagrid nodded.

"Did they?" asked Harry.

"I gave them Dumbledore's message. Suppose some of them remember he was friendly to them. I suppose." replied Hagrid.

Fang was looking the raw meat that Hagrid was holding.

"And they did this to you?" I asked. "Not exactly, no." replied Hagrid. Fang wanted the raw meat. He barked.

"Oh, go on, you have it, then, you dozy dog." said Hagrid as he throw the meat to Fang.

Suddenly, it starts to get windy.
"It's changing out there. Just like last time. There's a storm coming, Harry. We'd all best be ready when she does." said Hargid.

We went back into the castle and I saw Cedric, waiting for me.

"Hey guys, I need to go do something." I said.
Hermione and Gracey just smirked at me. "See you later."

I walked off and was greeted by a hug from Cedric.

"How was your Christmas break?" he asked.
I pulled away and smiled.

"It was great. And thank you for your present."
Cedric smiled.

He leaned closer to me and I thought he was about to kiss me, but instead, he took a deep breath and smelled me.

"You're wearing my perfume that I gave you." he said, smiling.

I nodded. "Yeah, I loved it."

Cedric smiled more and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Shall we?" he asked.

I nodded and kissed his cheek. We went to the Great Hall and had breakfast.

We entered the Great Hall. Cedric let me go and kissed me on the cheek and left to the Hufflepuff Table.
I went to the Gryffindor Table and sat by Hermione.

"So, How's your relationship with Cedric?" Hermione asked.
I just shrugged.

"I don't know about that as much. I don't feel anything."
Gracey stopped eating and looked at me.

"But Cedric seems like a nice guy." she said.
I nodded, agreeing with her.

Breakfast was over and we don't have classes until tomorrow.

I was roaming around the castle until I saw Malfoy, walking around with his hands in his pocket.

We stared at each other for the moment, but I broke the glanced and walked passed him. But he stopped me, by grabbing my wrist.

I stopped in my tracks and took a deep breath.

"Let go of me." I said.
His hand started to grip harder. I winced at that.

"You have to date Diggory right in front of me?!" he snapped.
I tried to struggle but he just squeezed more.

"You're hurting me Malfoy." I winced.
"So what?! Answer my question! You have date him?!" he snapped.

I struggled more and finally out of his grip.
"Why would you care, Malfoy? You said we're over, and we are!" I snapped.

I was about to go, until he held on me again.
"Don't you dare touch her!!" It was Cedric.

Cedric came up to Malfoy and punched him in the face.
Then he grabbed me and pulled me behind him.

"You all right?" Cedric asked.
I nodded.

Malfoy got up and rubbed his chin. "Come any closer, I'll make sure you're bones are broken." Cedric sneered.

I griped on Cedric's selves as Malfoy came closer to us.

Cedric was about to charge at him until I stopped him.

"No, Cedric. Let's just go. He isn't worth it." I said.

Cedric lowered his fist and grabbed my hand. He nodded.
"That's a warning, Malfoy."

We both left him there. And we went somewhere is quiet.

"You all right? You're hurt or anything, right?" Cedric asked.

"I'm fine." I said.
Cedric sighed and held on my wrist that Malfoy squeezed.

I winced and Cedric noticed it.

He pulled my selves and saw a bruise.
"He did that to you." he said.

"It's fine, really." I said.
Cedric didn't look convinced, so he pulled out his handkerchief and wrapped out my wrist.
"Thanks." I said.

He smiled and kissed my wrist. I blushed at that.

"We better go our dormitory, before Umbridge finds out." he said.

I nodded and we went off.
