For Damion
                              
                              Two lives
                              Lived by one Man
                              Who with strength
                              Connects the disparate
                              With hunger unending
                                      & drive propelling
                              In one breath
                                      he creates compassionate elocution
                              to guide young hands, minds
                              on the graceful path
                              rich with fascinated aspiration
                              With the other
                                      he fuels rapturous action
                                      to find himself and the lovED
                                      on a heart-engined roller coaster
                                      their skin warmed
                                      souls satisfied
                              Both lives lived
                              In the heart of a genius
                              Who plotted to find life's hand,
                              And lead it in brilliance
