My eyes stared at the spot where the red haired vampire vanished as I felt my eyes sting from the tears that threatened to appear. My body trembled like a leaf in the wind as fear itself gripped on my throat, making me unable to speak.

I was released from my trance as a shadow fell upon me. Luke's hand was to his bloody chest as he looked down at me, his eyes back to their beautiful sky blue. His face was unreadable as looked down at me. Still unable to speak and feeling uncomfortable with making eye contact, I glanced back to the ground, my hand still clutching the wound Mikey left on my neck.

My blood was clearly visible on the school white t-shirt as the blue cheetah on the front found it's head becomimg an ugly purple. The school probably will not want this dress code outfit back.

In the distance, the school bell became audible as I stayed their, lost in my thoughts. How did it come to this? How can, in so little time, my world change so drastically. Where fantasy was reality, and reality was fantasy.

Luke's hand grasped upon my left mid arm as he pulled me up. "Come on," he said pulling me close to him. His breath smelled of blood as his clear blue eyes pierced envy and hatred. "We can't stay here". Luke's other arm tucks at the back of my knees and pulls me into his chest, holding me bridal style. I break away from my thoughts as my eyes widen from this sudden action. "What are you-". My words were interupted as I felt a gust of wind seem to surround us as the world around us spiraled and Luke held me tighter to him.

I could feel the breeze blow through my hair as it smacked my face. My eyes grew watery from the sudden push of air and my sight became blinded.

The wind finally seized and Luke set me down gently as my feet touched the front porch of Luke's home. "Why are we-", Luke didn't let me finish as he grabbed my arm again, opened the door to his home and pulled me inside. He released me upon entry and locked the door behind us. I heard his footsteps behind me and felt his hand touch my lower back. I evaded from his touch and looked at him flabbergasted.

Luke rolled his eyes and grabbed my shoulder as he guided me to the loving and forcefully sat me down on the couch. Luke glared at me as he sat down on the coffee table, staring at me. His blue eyes seemed to be studying me. As if I was a code he was hoping to decipher.

"What the hell did you think you were doing"? I stared blankly at him and he grew frustrated. "What were you doing there"? I couldn't resist. The grin appeared on my face as it took every part of me not to laugh. "Isn't obvious," I say dumbfoundly, "I was trying to avoid you".

My cheek stung as my head was forced to the left by Luke's hand. He grabbed my chin and forced my eyes on him. He clenched his teeth as he spoke. "And how did that turn out for you". My anxiety to over. The look he was giving me, it striked even more fear upon me then he has previosly. What could have arises this anger? "Perhaps we should get something straight". I felt Luke's grip on my chin tighten as he got closer to my face. I watched as his eyes turned from the innocent shade of blue to the bloodthirsty crimson. "You are to be by my side at all times unless permitted otherwise and you are to follow my every instruction". His tone was deep and authorative. "If you ever go against my wishes or try to escape from me again, you can watch as I rip away the limbs of Beth, Calum, and Ashton. Do I make myself clear"?

I glared back at him astonished by his warning and attitude. But I could sense something in his superiority complex. Was it fear? What could scare him, the almighty psychopathic vampire? My eyes scanned his murderious orbs as an answer appeared in my mind. Perhaps another even more mighty psychopathic vampire.

"Who was that guy"? Luke's eyes widened slightly at my question as he released my jaw and got up from the table, turning away from me. I stared at his back as he stood at his unlit fireplace, seeming transfixed by the untouched firewood. "That is none of your concern". I snorted at his statement. "The psycho nearly killed me! Nearly killed you"! "You can't kill a vampire". "You sure about that"?
