The opening ceremony happened in the gym and again it was still huge. People were everywhere, some were sitting on the bleachers and some were standing. The program started and the principal was the one who hosted it, she oriented everyone about everything there is in relation to the school.
Pagkatapos ng program ay lumabas na kami sa gym at pumunta sa main bulletin board para makita kung what section kami.
Me and the four are in section A.
"First come first serve as always."Sabi ni Justin.
"What do you mean?"Tanong ko.
"Well this school doesn't prioritise unfairly things, kung una kang nag enroll then your on A and the cycle goes on. It doesn't really matter if you're smart or not to get into a specific section. Sabi nila it's a way na ipakita na sa iba't ibang section may matalino. Sa iba kasing schools kung first section ka edi matalino ka, kung hindi naman then you're thumbs down."Explain ni Justin sakin.
"Ah iba pala dito kesa sa States, dun kasi you have different classmates in different subjects."Sabi ko.
And you don't wear uniforms.
"Oh that system applies on the college level here in the Philippines."Justin replied. Aba matalino talaga tong taong to. Nabigla ako ng biglang nagpalakpakan sila Tyler and company.
"Grabe dude, you're too smart. Mag boxing ka kaya?"Sabi ni Jake na pabiro.
"You lost me at unfairly things..."Dagdag ni Seth.
"Ha-ha atleast I use my brain."He said while looking as though he's the smartest person alive.
"Aray nakakasakit kana ah."Sabi naman ni Seth na napahawak sa dib-dib with a mocking tone.
"Tama na nga yan, you know kumain nalang tayo. Tutal malapit na ang tanghalian saka mamaya pa ang ibang pakulo ng school nato."Tyler said, so we all nod in approval.
Pumunta na kami sa parking lot, since si Justin lang ang wala pang kotse dahil wala pa siyang licence nakisakay nalang siya samin, kasi pag dun daw siya sa mga mokong makisakay baka pag tawanan lang siya.
So I'm in the shotgun seat at saka si Tyler ang nasa driver's. Justin is in the back grunting about not passing a driver's test.
"Dude just get over it, better luck on the next test."Tyler said to make Justin stop grunting.
"I didn't screw up okay?I just didn't know that there was a tree behind me."Sabi naman ni Justin.
"And I didn't know how to add."Tyler retorted making fun of him. Hmmm when I look at them, parang sila yung mas close among them four.
"Uh whatever. So Sofia---", napalingon ako"Gab is fine." I cut in, I'm not used as to being called Sofia. I feel weird when someone call me by that, except for the people who are closest to me like my parents or grandma and somehow Tyler.
"Okay, Gab what brings you to transfer here?"He asked. I was silent for a moment, I didn't know what to say.
"It's totally fine if you don't answer me, I get it. It's too personal right?"I just nodded as a response.
"So moving on, how long have you known Tyler."Tanong nanaman ni Justin, he's so---talkative.
"Just."Pabanta na sabi ni Tyler, Justin just smirked. It's like they're hiding something from me.
"No it's okay, uhm just recently."Sagot ko kay Justin .
"Are you sure?"Tanong ni Justin na parang hindi maka paniwala.
"Last time I checked, yep just recently."I answered him with a wondering tone.
"So this is just fixed marriage then?"West asked again.
"I don't like the idea of it but yes, why?"I asked curiously.
"Nandito na tayo."Tyler cut through our conversation. Pagbaba namin, Tyler was like scolding Justin for something which I have no knowledge of. Sumunod na dumating yung dalawa, kaya pumasok na kami sa Mc Donalds. Natatawa nalang ako sa pagtatalo nang apat kanina, nagtalo kasi sila kung saan kami kakain. Si Justin gusto sa Jollibee, si Jake naman sa KFC, si Seth sa Mang Inasal pero in the end we went with Tyler's pick which is sa Mc Donalds.
So we fell in line to order, hindi naman kasi ako malakas kumain so I just ordered the regular.
"Ako nang magbayad."Tyler whispered to my ears.
"Daya ako din Bro!Libre mo din!"Sabi ni Jake.
"Takte pabulong na nga naririnig mo pa?"Tanong ni Tyler na pabiro.
"Libre eh."Sagot naman ni Jake, ang kulit talaga nila.
When we finished our order we went on the second floor. They said it's a good view up there. Pagka upo namin, kumain agad sila except for Tyler who prayed with me before eating. Ang lakas nga namang kumain ng mga lalaki, sabi nga ni Seth na sana nag Mang Inasal nalang daw kami dahil may extra rice pa daw.
"You have something there."Tyler said while whipping off a smudge of ketchup on my lips.
"Yieeeeh, Papa Seth ako din oh."Sabi ni Jake habang tinuturo ang lips niya na parang nag lipstick ng ketchup.
"My pleasure babe."Sabi naman ni Seth na natatawang pinunasan ng tissue ang lips ni Jake. Seriously they make me laugh, grabe naman kasi ang ka kulitan nila eh.
Tyler is lucky to have them...
