I Got Broken

Chapter 9

*Beep beep beep*

I turned off my alarm clock, it's 5:00 am. Ayoko ko pang tumayo kaso first day ng senior high ko, how tiresome. So I did my daily routine, even though I'm still sleepy.

I looked at my self at the mirror, I was wearing the schools uniform. A white long sleeve polo for the inner, a dark blue blazer with the schools symbol printed on the patch in the left side, then a blue ribbon around my collar paired with plaited skirt and a pair of high cut converse shoes. I guess they provide everything except the shoes, but at least I don't get to wear black shoes.

Those were the worst.

I look like a London student or something, I guess it's where they got the idea. After I stared at myself for a couple of minutes, I took a deep breath.

"Be a wall."

Bumaba nako at dumiretso na sa kusina. Magluluto na sana ako kaso naunahan na pala ako ni Manang.

"Uy Ma'am Sofia giseng na pala kayu, pwidi po ba kayung makahintay?Ih nilulutu ku pa po ang pagkaen."

"A-ah o-ok lang po Manang. Saka Gab nalang po ang itawag niyo sakin."Sabi ko sa kanya.

"Oh sigi Gab, ah eh ayus naba kayu ni Ser?"Tanong ni Manang sakin na naka tingin sa niluluto niya, it smells yummy.

"Ah opo okay napo kami."Sagot ko sa kanya.

"Ay mabuti naman, alam mu ba Gab siya nag sundo saken kagabe. Sabe kasi ng Stip(Step) Mom niya, kasi nga walang masakyan na papunta ditu. Kaya pala nagmadali umuwi dahil nag away pala kayu. Nanghingi nga siya ng tulong sakin eh na mag iksyus risun(excuse reason)bayun?basta yun, mag ganun daw aku sayo. Alam mu Gab mahal na mahal ka ng magiging asawa mu nakikita ku kasi sa mga mata niya."Natahimik ako sa lahat ng sinabi ni Manang. Well kahit hindi ko naintindihan masyado lahat pero naintindihan ko na he cared. And here I was overreacting about the whole kissing thing. Nice one Gab nice one, note the sarcasm. Pero wait, mahal niya ko?Imposible naman yun. Ngayon panga lang kami nagkakilala eh. "And for the record he is not a stranger, you already met him once."

My grandma's words came flashing back at me. Or maybe hindi lang ngayon, well I met him at the park the other day. But that doesn't mean he isn't a stranger. Bakit wala akong matandaang nagkakilala na kami?

"Gab pwidi bang gisingin mu na muna si Ser."Sabi ni Manang.

"A-ah sige po."Funny I was thinking too much.

I went upstairs, our rooms are actually across from each other so there's no problem in finding it. I knocked on the door.

"Hey Ty?Are you up?"I asked over the door. There was no response, I waited for a minute. Then the door suddenly opened and there he was standing in front of me half awake with messy hair and---topless. I turned around hurriedly, that was---distracting.

"W-why are you t-topless?"Would you stop it with the stammering Gab?

"What?I sleep like this."He said with an I just woke up tone. Seriously?It's the first day of school and he just woke up.

"Then get dressed, breakfast is ready."I was about to walk away when he suddenly took hold of my wrist and turned me around. I saw him smirking at me, he looks sexy---ugly.

"It's too early for you to be cute."He said with amusement.

"Shut up."Oh so my cheeks were burning.

"Sige na susunod nako sa baba."Sabi niya tapos ginulo yung buhok ko.

Pagkatapos naming kumain, sumakay na kami sa kotse niya. It was maybe a twenty minute ride to school. When we arrived, I was amazed. It was huge, I laugh to myself they did get the idea of London. He parked the car in the parking area, then we got out. There were students rushing, some talking while walking, some were alone.
