The battle was still going on. Soldiers were still fighting to the death or until they surrendered. The witch's army was falling. Her numbers were decreasing, her soldiers had surrendered, or ran off. She was losing the battle. Even though she was losing, she did not stop fighting. She needed to figure out what to do next. But what? Then the White Witch got a mean idea.
The witch started walking into the battle. She saw Peter, Edmund, and Caspian fighting by each other in the distance. She saw Lucy, who was out of her reach on the hill with many archers. They were all out of her reach, or so she thought. The White Witch directed her attention to Susan, who was riding on her horse firing arrows at the witch's remaining army. The White Witch wasted no time. She took a bow and drew an arrow back as far as she could. She directed the arrow in Susan's direction. The witch drew the arrow back and fired.
The arrow had hit Susan. The arrow was impelled in her abdomen. Susan couldn't believe what had just happened. She felt weak and was in enormous pain. Susan slowly fell off her horse, onto the ground. Caspian, Peter, Edmund, and Lucy saw it all. They saw the White Witch fire an arrow at Susan. Caspian's heart felt like it had been stabbed. He couldn't feel anything, he couldn't even move. It was like he was paralyzed. His blood was boiling inside.
Caspian ran at the White Witch. He had his sword in his hand and was ready to end her existence on Narnia.
"Edmund, get to Susan and see what you can do," Peter ordered.
Edmund ran over to Susan, who was nearly hanging on. Peter went to join Caspian. It was now two on one now. The White Witch had a grin on her face and was pretty confident that she could defeat them both. Their swords clashed with each other. They lunged at each other. Peter and Caspian were trying to defeat the White Witch, but she was giving them a fair fight.
Peter blocked the witch's swords from hitting him. The White Witch was distracted with Peter, that she had forgotten about Caspian. Since Caspian had an opening, he took his sword and stabbed the White Witch in the lower abdomen. She had lost all her feeling in her muscles. She dropped her swords to the ground. She was on her knees. The White Witch looked up at Peter, who was so serious. Then she took her last breath and fell down dead.
Caspian and Peter ran over to Edmund, Lucy, and Susan. Susan was losing a lot of blood and was having a hard time breathing. Caspian held Susan's head from hitting the ground. He stroked her cheeks and began crying. Susan's siblings were heartbroken. They didn't know what to do. How was their sister going to be okay?
Sorry for the short chapter.
