I'm dreaming. I know I am. I just have to be.

My mom's darken blond hair was blowing wildly from of the wind. I didn't feel it though, I couldn't feel anything. She was standing in the middle of a field. I don't think she saw me. She looks as beautiful as I remember. Her blue eyes glimmered as she smiled. She focusing through me, I think she sensed I was there. Beyond my control, my feet took small steps to her, taking everything in.

"Aria, I know your here and I know you can hear me" Her voice sang suddenly and my heart fell. It was enticing noise and it made me have a burst of emotions yet it was only her voice. It reminded me of when I was little and she sung me a lullaby. I wondered if Nathan had any memories like mine?

I said nothing and brought my attention to her. I was closer to her now and I felt no wind yet her hair still continued to blow. The air smelled like ocean water it was peaceful and calming but I saw nothing. I felt nothing.

"I want you to know how much I love you. I never left you kids and your father. You have to understand that" she said calmly.

I scoffed at her. Finally getting my voice back. "Please, I'm sure you did" My voice dripped with saracism. I couldn't help it half of me wanted to cry and hug her but the biggest half wanted to stand my ground. She smiled melancholy. "You remind me so much of myself when I was your age. Full of attitude and determination. Stubborn as well" I smirked at her. "I'm sure I am mom. But I know well enough not to run away from my family" I spat back. I instantly regretted my words. I saw the anguish on her face. I didn't need to push it to its limits.

She smiled again this time with a bit of happiness. "When you learn about our family I want you to keep that attitude and determination. You and your brother won't believe what they tell you at first but trust me, it's true. And then maybe, you can finally understand why I did what I did"

"But why?" I cried my voice sounded more vulnerable than I wanted.

"I was protecting both of you two" She took a few steps backwards and more wind erupted from nowhere. I wanted to shout but I couldn't. My voice box froze again and I could not speak.

Wind and water combined I realised swallowed up my mother and within an instant she was gone. I was there alone in the field paralyzed in my skin.

I woke up sweating. I looked around my room quickly. I stopped at the window and the faint light from the moon outside. It was still night outside. I flung my legs over and climbed out of bed. That dream was so vivid and it honestly scared me. I touched my chest as I walked. It was still racing rapidly and I tried to breathe evenly. I stepped into the kitchen and got myself a drink of water. I was tired of people telling me what I was going to know in the future. I wanted to know it now. I'm starting to think that Nathan knows. Hell he was always the first to be told something because he 'reacted' better.

That's it! How could I have been so blind! Of course Nathan knows I just have to ask him and I know he'll tell me!

I slipped on my shoes and grabbed a jacket. Although I don't find it necessary since it was so hot outside but I took it anyway. I was going to get my answers!

This has got to be the 5th time I knocked on this door. I growled and kicked at the door. I keep forgetting he's a heavy sleeper! I hit the door with all my might and I squeezed my eyes tight. I didn't even realise the door had opened because soon I was hit something softer than the door but still somewhat hard. I opened my eyes and Luke looked down at me confused. "Aria? What are you doing here it's.." he looked at his watch and his eyes widened "It's 2 in the morning" He groaned and I felt really bad. "I'm sorry I was trying to get my brother he never said he had a roommate so I thought I could just show up. I didn't mean to wake you" I replied shifted my weight to my other foot. My cheeks burned slightly and I realised what he was wearing. Which was nothing but boxers. Blue one's to be exact, not that I'm staring.
