" hey!" I said as I sat next to Braydon who was currently on his laptop browsing through the pictures of our move. I smiled and kissed the top of his head. He turned around in his chair to face me on the bed and smiled. His smile was beautiful and I lived every day of my life just to see it plastered on this angel's face. Before Braydon and I had met I was a selfish, idiotic jerk who didn't care about anyone but myself. I guess you could say that he helped me find my true self and take on it's true form. He was the best thing that had ever happened to me, and I was determined to make him mine forever.

" I'm going out for a bit, text me if you need anything okay?" He smiled and nodded as I kissed him goodbye and walked out the door in hope that when I got back I would have the courage to do the one thing I've been waiting for years to do.

It was warm today, everything about today screamed happiness. The sun shone high and bright in the sky lighting up the entire world with its natural light and beauty. I walked down the Toronto streets in hope that I could find a shop that would be perfect for the occasion. After 20 minutes of walking around I found a store close to a park and walked in and spotted it; today was going to be eventful.

" for someone special?" the shop keeper asked as he puts the gift in the box. I smiled and nodded. He chuckled and handed the bag over to me. I paid for it and left, almost running to get back home. Before I walked in the door I took the box out of the bag and put it in my bag.

" your back!" Braydon said as he jumped out of his chair and ran up to me. I smiled and kissed his anxious and awaiting lips.

" you have a date tonight by the way..." I said laughing a bit when his expression changed from happy to confused within a matter of seconds.

" with me love..." I wrapped my arms around his waist and he smiled. Braydon was so beautiful, I could not imagine him not being in my life. It felt strange to think about. When I had met him he was an insensitive, ungrateful little jerk and now he was the most selfless person and I would like to think that it was because of me that he was like this now but who was I kidding, I couldn't change nor help people. When he walked out of the bathroom I felt my breath hitch at his beauty, even though he didn't do much different, he looked more well kept than he usually did and despite loving his casual look, he looked older than he did before and it made my heart ache for him.

" let's go then?" He asked, grabbing my hand as we grabbed our bags and walked out the door. The streets were filled with people and pets busying themselves with things that we weren't concerned with. We walked into the restaurant and once seated we ordered. It was a gorgeous night so we had decided to be seated on the patio which made it all the better for my plans. As we ate, nothing was said only glances were exchanged.

" So how are you doing with the addiction?" Braydon smiled and looked at me happily.

" It's getting to be less and less but not completely gone yet...." I smiled, I knew he would get over his addiction and I was right. Braydon was a strong man and I knew he had the ability to do whatever he pleased. He was strong academically, physically and mentally. I reached across the table and grabbed his hand and he smiled. Once we had finished dinner, I paid and we left holding hands. I knew that I had to purpose sometime so I decided we would take a walk in the park even though it had started raining half way through dinner.

" hey so can we talk?" I asked. He nodded worrying his lip between his teeth. I smiled and got down on one knee and even though it was cliche I knew he would love it.

" Bray, your everything to me and I want you to be mine forever so..." I pulled out the black box and opened it, revealing the ring that I had bought earlier. He smiled and almost fainted but nodded his head yes. I got up and hugged him putting the ring on his finger. He cried harder than I've ever seen him cry but the rain mixed in with his tears and made him look angelic.

" I love you so Ste...." He said before gently kissing me and wrapping his strong arms around my neck. I was now the happiest man in the world. I had the perfect life, perfect boyfriend and now, that perfect boyfriend was my fiance. Nothing could go wrong.
