2 years later.
"Jayla come and get Skyler" my dad says. "I'm coming" I say walking down the stairs. Two long ass years, I graduated high school and now I'm running my moms bakery with my sisters. After her death we stopped the reality show for a couple months and just took some time to grieve. Her funeral was small, we decided to do I closed casket funeral cause it would be to hard to sit there and watch her. Skyler is my babygirl, she's Cameron and Nikkis daughter. Update, Heaven and Ne' are 14, Cameron and King are 20, Aleah is 9, Demi is 7, Ava and Aiden are 4, Trey is 3 and Lani is 2. I think my mothers death brought us closer. My dad and Sean are like bestfriends now. "Hello babygirl" I coo while taking Skyler from my dad. "Hey baby" Jackson says. I smile. "Hello" I say. "Hey, you betta get your damn hands from on her ass" my dad says. I laugh and he puts his hands up in surrender. "Laylani Promise" Sean says chasing Lani around the house. We laugh. I look at Sky. "She's finally asleep"I say as Nikki walks into the room. "Oh my baby" she says taking her from me. My dad walks into the kitchen with Nikki to make lunch. "You still want a baby of your own?" Jackson ask wrapping his arms around my waist. "Yes, you know I do, but I have to finish college and I'm only on my second year" I say. "Babe, I can stay home with the baby while you go to school" he says. I smile. "You really think you're ready to be a dad?" I ask. He smiles and nods his head. "I'll think about when I get home" I say. He chuckles and pecks my lips. I'm still a virgin, I feel like I've accomplished something. Demi walks from the back on her phone. "Hey Demi" I say. "Can you take me to go do my nails?"she ask. I laugh. "Later, I have to go to the bakery, you coming" I ask. "Wait one minute" she says then answers her phone. "Speaking" she says. I laugh then stand up. "Nevaeh what the hell did you do"I say. She rolls her eyes. I look at the second piercing in her ear. Ever since our mom died she's been so different. "Just leave already, you're so annoying" she mumbles. "Nevaeh Trinity Anderson I will beat your ass so badly Heaven finna feel it"I growl. "Jayla Kamryn Anderson if you beat me imma just make you get in trouble" she says then folds her arms over her chest. I clench my fist. "Hit me, I'll just tell daddy" she says then walks away. I miss the old Nevaeh, who always corrected us, always said nerdy things, she was always so sweet to people. Now she's so fucking irritating and rude. "Turn the cameras off, go on lunch, I need a break" I mumble, they walk away. "Okay I'll talk to you later" Demi says then hangs her phone up. "Are you coming to the bakery or not?" I ask her. "No need for an attitude sista, yeah, I'm coming" she says then walks upstairs. "Where's Nevaeh?" Heaven ask. "I think she went in the kitchen, why?" I ask. "She took my book" Heaven says. I sigh and we walk into the kitchen. "Nevaeh give Heaven her book back" I say. "No, I'm using it as an ash tray" she says. I pull off my belt and whoop her repeatedly. I stop when she falls on the floor crying. "You not momma! I hate you!" She screams then gets up and runs upstairs to her room. I stare at the wall infront of me and gulp. I turn around and jog upstairs. I open her door slightly, I see her on the bed hugging her knees crying. I open the door and walk to her. "Ne'"I whisper while sitting on her bed. She looks at me. "I want momma back" she says then hugs me and cries onto my lap. I blink back the tears that were trying to escape. "Is that why you act like that, cause you want momma back?" I ask. She nods her head. I blink back the tears and look at the huge picture of my mom and Ne' that's hanging on her wall, everyone has one in their room. "I miss her too Ne', but she wouldn't want you acting like this and you know that" I say. "I just want her back so badly" she cries. I run my hand through her hair and let the tears fall. "No" Lani says while climbing on the bed. She wipes my tears then Ne's. We smile at her. "You don't remember momma" I say. She shrugs her shoulders. "Well, she had long curly hair like yours" I say making her giggle. "She was so funny, and creative, she'd always make people smile, just by her smiling everyone became happy" I say. Lani smiles. Out of all my siblings Lani reminds me of momma the most. "You know, you look excatly like her" I say then tap her nose, she giggles then throws her head back. I smile and look at Ne' who's also smiling. "Can you go back to being the Ne' that we know and love"I say. She nods her head. I smile at her. "Well, I don't know her" Lani says. We laugh. "Are you guys coming to the bakery with me?" I ask. They nod their heads. I smile.
