"Sweetheart I am not going to lie to you. It is going to hurt but you will get over it, I promise." She said. I gave a weak smile and then closed my eyes. My mom kissed my forehead and then closed my door. I opened my eyes and looked at my phone. I had 134 messages and 97 calls from Ethan. I decided to look at the messages.
Ethan❤️: Babe please I'm so sorry
Ethan❤️: Please Y/N I love you so much and I can't lose you
Ethan❤️: I need you please answer
Etc...
I sighed at the texts and I texted him back.
Me: What do you want Ethan?
Ethan❤️: Thank God. Y/N please let me explain
Me: There is nothing to explain. We are done and that is the end of it.
I closed my phone and set it on my nightstand. I started to cry even more. I eventually fell asleep. The next morning I woke up and it was raining. I heard a knock on my door. I got up and opened it. It was my mom. "Hey sweetie, how are you feeling?" She asked. "A little better." I replied. She smiled and said "Well that's great. I have to go to work so I'll see you tonight okay?" I nodded and she left. I walked over to my closet and put on a huge sweatshirt and leggings. I didn't even realize that the shirt was Ethan's. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. I sat at the counter and went on my phone. I looked up for a second and saw a huge knife laying on the counter. I thought for a minute, then got up
