Part 20 School

*Saluna's PoV*

I was walking down the hallway toward the classroom with Eren in front of me. He was showing me around so that I wouldn't get lost,but the only places he knew were the bathrooms ,the classroom,and the lunch room.

"So yeah that's our classroom." he said pointing inside.

"Where is everybody?" I asked walking inside looking around. It was completely empty.

"Everybody's outside. We're not supposed to be in here unless we're with a teacher." he said calmly. I looked at him a little worried,but then he added. "Our teacher gave me permission to show you around so don't worry,but since we're basically done we can head outside." he started walking off as I tagged along behind him. "Oh by the way,did you check the classroom number?"

"No,why?"

"Because you need to know it. Remember I said we can't go into the hallway without a teacher?"

"Yeah...?"

"Well when the bell rings we need to line up outside. There's numbers along the playground,and we have to line up at ours. They only do this for us,1st,2nd,and 3rd graders. They think we might get lost. I understand we might be young,but they don't need to take it that far." he said kicking a rock on the ground. "But don't worry I remembered our number. Just pay more attention." he flicked my forehead.

"Tch, I would've if you told me about this earlier." as I said this the bell rang.

"Well now you know. Our classroom number is 7 so we line up there. Don't forget the number!"

"Of course I won't! I'm not stupid!" I said as we walked to our line.

We stopped in front of a kid with a shaggy red afro,and stood behind him waiting. He seemed really tired. Then I heard a familiar voice behind me.

"Hey,it's you!" I turned around to look at the person

'It's....that kid....He never told me his name...'

"Hi."

"I was actually looking for you! I never expected to find you here in line...well I guess I kinda did,but I just feel really lucky!"

"You expected me to be in your class?"

"No,not in my class but more like this class."

"Why this class? I thought this was your class,too?"

"Yeah it is,but I just felt way too lucky to have you in my class that I couldn't believe it,but I was guessing you would be since your really smart."

"Oh okay. "

"This class is basically for the kids who are more advanced than the others,I guess." he shrugged.

"Oh...Hey I'm sorry if this sounds rude,but what's your name? You never really told me..." I smiled nervously at him.

"Hey you smiled!" he yelled excitedly as he proceeded to laugh.

This catched Jr's attention as he turned around and gave the boy a weird look.

"You know that kid?" he asked me.

"Yeah...I guess." I said as he stopped laughing. He turned back to us and introduced himself.

"I'm Emerson." he smiled. "What about you two? You guys haven't introduced yourselves yet."

It didn't take Jr any second thought to talk. "I'm Eren,but you can just call me Jr." he extended his hand as Emerson shook it. 

"Okay. Someone else in your family named Eren?"

"Yeah,my dad."

"That's cool! You were named after your dad. I wonder though if you or your sister look more like him."
