I picked up the note her mama dropped on the floor and start reading it.

Note= "This not over bitch,If you tell anyone your mother and nigga will both be dead before you know it"

After I did I just stared at it ,I saw her come back in the room and stand through the doorway.

"Whats this"I said not looking up at her

"What"She said nervously

"Don't fucking play with me what the fuck is this shit"She sighed

"A note he wrote but Chris I promise I forgot about it"

"How can you forget about a fucking note that says some shit about me being dead or some shit,please explain that to me"She came and sat by me

"I was so shooken up about wat he did to me that I forgot all about the note"I took a deep breathe,Just then my phone rung and I answered it

"A look man I cant do that right now im busy,I'll call you later"She looked up at me,After a few words i hung up

"Now back to you,why didn't you tell me about this"I said looking back at the note

"Are fucking serious Chris,how the hell can you get mad over some shit like this when its not even my fault,You acting like I wrote it my fucking self "I looked at my watch

"Whatever Jay look I gotta go but I will be back or call you later"I looked back one more time and saw tears fall from her eyes but she didn't say a word or even look at me.I walked over to her and kissed her for head

"I will call you later Jay ok,i gotta go take care of some business "She shook her head yea and I left

Jaylens's Pov

I got up and went downstairs,My mom was sitting on the couch with a knife on one side and her gun on the other,My mom was a straight up crazy and you would never think she was,the last thing you wanna do is piss her off.

I went and sat by her and laid my head on her shoulder.

"Where did Chris go"she asked

"He went somewhere but I think he will be back later"i said looking down

"Jay listen to me,everything happens for a reason so you have to accept things for the way they are,Some people come into your life as a lesson and sometimes its bad but every one is a teaching moment "I sat there and listened to every word she said and some of the shit was confusing

"I know you can get through this baby, just think about it you have to move on,This is only a break up and break ups are never nice but you have to move on"

"Wait mom no one said anything about a break up,he just went to take care of some business"She smiled

"Aww ok then but I am so sorry about all of this Jay,Its my fault for not paying too close attention to his sneaky ass but he gone get his"She took a sip of her Henessey .I took in everything she said and I actually felt better just by having her here with me was keeping me sane.

The door opened and it was Derrick,my mom stood up

" I have to talk to you for a minute"She told him,I went upstairs and used my moms phone and called Bree to come and get me so I can get my car.
