Your POV

When I woke up this morning Laurence wasn't beside me. I thought he might be on patrol and went downstairs to eat breakfast. I ate some cereal and went to get dressed. I noticed this piece of paper on the table and picked it up and read it. It said:

Dear Y/N,

Will you meet me at the docks at 2:00 p.m. I need to talk to you.

I walked to Aphmau's house and showed her the note. She got really excited but I didn't understand why. She told me to go get ready and wait. So I waited and then started walking to the docks. When i got there Laurence was sitting there in the sand. He turned around and smiled at me. I sat down with him asked him what he wanted to talk about and he started talking about Aphmau. I looked down at the ground and said "You still love her don't you." He looked at me and said "No I don't." I didn't believe him and started to walk away. He pulled on my arm and tried to talk to me. I just tried to pull away but his grip was strong. "Y/N just listen," he said. I decided to listen and he surprised me. "Y/N I might not be the perfect guy that you have dreamed for but I know I love you," he said. He bent down on one knee and pulled out a small black box with a diamond ring. "Will you marry me?"
