Take A Break

Sizzling bacon, eggs and waffles filled the air. Cyborg was busy in the kitchen. He'd let Beast Boy cook his nasty tofu junk after he was done he thought and made a face. Robin was sitting at the table, reading the paper and sipping on his coffee. Starfire had just finished her shower and was getting dressed. The Teen Titans were no longer teens. Now in their twenties, they were known simply as the Titans. They still fought the bad guys in Jump City. But crime hasn't been too bad on the count mostly everyone was either in jail, a few dead and a slim few turned good.
Cyborg was finishing up the 'normal' persons' breakfast when Beast Boy walked in to start his.
"Hey Beastie!"
"Hey man, what's going on guys?"
"Nothing just getting things ready for the day" sighed Cyborg. He was thinking about Bumble Bee and the event he was planning.
"Why so nervous? You know she'll say yes" Robin put his two cents in.
Beast Boy agreed with Robin. "Dude she'll say yes. You two are like tofu and soy milk"
"Thanks guys, just nervous." Cyborg sighed while making a funny face to Beast Boy's remark.
"Good to the morning friends," Expressed a cheerful Starfire. "And what are the plans for the day?" she asked.
Raven came into the kitchen, hair still wet from her shower. "Morning Mama" called Beast Boy over his grilling, as Raven sat down at the table gathering waffles and a little bit of everything Cyborg fixed. She will admit tofu isn't that bad, but this morning she wanted food food. Wearing a dark blue spaghetti tank top with a hint of silver glitter and dark flare legged jeans, she never felt so more alive. Starfire smiled at her friend. Star had picked that outfit out for her on one of their shopping mall extravaganzas. Raven loved it then and still loved it. Starfire had on hip hugger short shorts and a bright pink one shoulder top. Robin couldn't stop staring overtop his paper at his wife of a year.
"Friends. Robin and I were thinking we all should go on a vacation. We know friend Raven and friend Beast Boy got engaged on our last, but we were thinking friend Cyborg could bring friend Bumble Bee..."
"That's a great idea! We could use a vaca. Not like the city is in much danger these days." Cy weighed the option.
"What do you think Robin?"
"Sounds like a good idea. You two love birds in?" Robin nodded over at Raven and Beast Boy who were in their own little world. Blushing they looked at their friends and agreed.
