He finally parted. It was Elise. Behind him were the boys. Niall was thunderstruck. It all remained in a sticky silent for some time. Then Niall just ran out of the room. Great. ‘WAIT!!! NIALL DON’T GO!’ I shouted after him. I ran after him downstairs out of the house. He was sitting on the pavement with his head tucked into his arms. I silently sat next to him. ‘Niall,’ There was no answer. I started talking again. ‘Niall, it isn’t what you think it is.’ Still no response. I removed his arms to reveal his face. It was teary and swollen. ‘Look Niall, I love you. Not him. I like him equally like the other boys. He just suddenly pulled me into my bed and-’ ‘Okay, okay, I understood.’ He said with a faint smile and kissed me. ‘But I’m not forgiving him.’ He said. ‘But Niall, he’s your friend. There’s nothing you can do to stop him from loving me.’ He remained silent. ‘Alright, now let’s go inside, shall we?’ He nodded. We kissed again and then went inside. Then we went upstairs to my room. Louis was still there, just as I left him. He looked pretty…. guilty. Harry had a look of disbelief at him. Their relationship was a little more than just friendship. It was some time before they noticed us. Zayn coughed and said, ‘Ahem, I’m going downstairs to drink a glass of water. Wanna join Elise?’ ‘Sure,’ She said quickly and followed him. Liam nodded and followed him too. Now it was only me, Niall, Louis and Harry. Harry broke out of some sort of spell. He looked in doubt at Louis again and went downstairs. This was getting awkward. ‘Shall we go and join them? I’m feeling thirsty.’ They both nodded. As we walked downstairs, I could feel the force of hatred emerging from the two boys behind me. This, is weird, my dear friends.
