Yay! I got my first comments ever! Thanks, you guys!

Recap!!:

While Soul was with his grandma, someone was paying a visit to our heroes in the Evans's dinning hall.

Maka's POV:

Patty immediately opened the door.

And exactly like Soul told us not to do, we talked to who was there.

Hilary Takashi.

"Why are you here?" I asked angrily.

She smirked, "No need to be vicious, Maka-chan."

"Would you answer a question for once?" Liz grumbled under her breath.

"Wouldn't you like to see your friend?"

"What are you talking about?" Kid asked crossing his arms.

"Why Black Star-kun, of course. He's quite a character. Wouldn't you think? Very hard to . . . um . . . pin down."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Tsubaki asked standing up, strangely enough she had an edge to her voice, which was quite unlike her quiet, kind attitude she usually held.

"Why he's . . . not going to be available for the next. . . hmm," She paused and put her index to her chin. "Few hours. It might be better for all of your to just sit back and tell me what I would like to know about my dear Soul-kun."

"We don't need to tell you anything." Kid snarled. "And there's no way Black Star would be taken out in anyway. You might want to be warned that we are powerful and not to be messed with."

Kid stood up tall and marched right into her face. "What is your game?" He demanded with a deadly tone. For a while they stared at one another, that was until Hilary smiled.

"You're unsymmetrical. Three white stripes on one side of your head, that's not at all symmetric, you disgusting scum." Hilary spat, than a light chuckle escaped her lips.

Then we all know what happened, Kid freaked out and started having a crying fit while Liz and Patty comforted him . . . well . . . only slightly told him he wasn't garbage and shouldn't die.

That struck me as odd though, how would she know that saying that would make Kid back down? We haven't been here for more than an hour and Kid hadn't broke down once . . . plus she knew that he called himself 'disgusting scum'.

"Oh, Maka-chan . . . that's a scary look on your face? I don't think it'd be smart to fall into madness while Soul-kun isn't here for you." Hilary glared at me.

How did she know about the madness? I thought worriedly.

"It'd be foolish of Soul-kun to really believe that we didn't keep up with his achievements. I understand who you are especially, Maka-chan. The top meister of your class, the girl who defeated a Kishin. The girl . . . who forced her way into a pure blood, like Soul-kun's, life. You're simply the love child of a broken marriage and a perverted father who even flirted with me when I went to visit Soul-kun."

"You met, Papa?" Maka demanded.

"Indeed I did. It was . . . quite interesting to see where Soul lived. He has more of a personality now than when I first met him . . . that doesn't work out for me."

"What do you mean?" Kid asked snapping out of his funk.

"Quiet you unsymmetrical scum." She ordered. Kid went back to crying about the three stripes on the side of his head, but Hilary kept her gaze directly on me.

"Soul loves me. Does he love you?"

"Soul doesn't love you. He just told me he broke off the engagement with you shortly after joining the DWMA!" I shouted.

Tsubaki placed a hand on my shoulder. "Calm down, Maka." She whispered.

"What have you done to Black Star?" Tsubaki demanded.

"He's . . . not incapacitated . . . yet. I'm going to tell you this right now."

She leaned forward with a threatening grin. "If you lot and Soul-kun doesn't answer to me, things will end very badly for all of you."

"We are also the group that defeated the Kishin." Liz pointed out standing up straight.

"I don't believe street trash should be talking to me, do you, Thompson?" Hilary stood her ground as well.

Liz flinched slightly, but made no move to sit back down. "Kid. Get it together." She turned to him.

"I'm trash, filthy, garbage! Unsymmetrical trash!"

"Patty!" Liz called out, Patty transformed and she aimed Hilary. "I suggest you watch your step, Hilary."

"You think a small little thing like that will harm me?" Hilary laughed.

"What do you even want?!" I shouted.

"Soul-kun of course."

"Like I said, he broke off the engagement and I have no intention of telling you anything about him." I growled.

Hilary grinned, "Tonight, the engagement will be back on, didn't you hear? Soul agreed to it already, I doubt he would tell you people. He is a pure blood after all."

"Why do you keep saying that?" Tsubaki asked again?

"He is. He came from a rich family, now he's . . . working, how utterly devastating. Nothing befitting of my dear Soul-kun. Sure he turned out to be a weapon . . . but . . . that's not who he is." Her eyes turned wistful. "I mean . . . his life is music. The piano is his domain. I just would love to hear him play again."

Hilary glared at me suddenly. "He's played for you, hasn't he?"

I stepped back shocked. "So what if he has?!"

"Both of you stop!" Kid shouted. "Where is Black Star!?"

"But what about-" I started, but he interrupted me.

"We'll deal with Soul later. What have you done with our friend?"

Hilary rolled her eyes. "It's not like he's dead."

"Where is he?!" Tsubaki demanded angrily shocking us all.

Hilary smirked. "Why don't you try and find him? I'm sure he'll be just fine . . . without you."

Tsubaki ran out of the room without warning.

"Tsubaki!" I shouted.

"Uh oh, Soul-kun told you not to leave the room. I wonder why?" Hilary laughed. "Good luck finding your friends." Hilary waved me off. I ran after Tsubaki with Kid, Liz, and Patty all in tow, Liz and Patty were in weapon form by that point.

"TSUBAKI! BLACK STAR!" I shouted after them down the long hallways.
