One|Meeting The Alpha

He slashed my side. It hurt so much I almost blacked out. He hit me again,this time with his fist. I felt blood on my lip;it was going to bruise along with my cheek,two arms and legs. I gasped at the pain and covered my mouth,blood spilling over into it. He pulled me up by my hair and smirked at me,smashing his lips to mine. It hurt so bad and I shivered in disgust. He took it the wrong way,mistaking it for lust and gripping my hips in his hands,now those would be bruised too. I winced.

"You are too much." He said,licking up my neck. Gross! Thankfully,there was an urgent bang on the door.

"What?!" He growled.

"It's the Blood Moon Pack,Sir!"

He growled again. "I'll be back." And he left.

Screams echoed the once silent halls. Most were men,but some were women;no children. I took the opportunity to crawl to the window,opening it and climbing out into the woods.

They were everywhere,surrounding me,growling. I whimpered and submitted,they could do what they wanted;I was used to it. I was on the ground,blood pouring from my side. The wolves shifted and one of the men with blonde hair and brown eyes. He frowned and touched my side. I whimpered out in pain. It hurt so bad and I couldn't help it.

"Shift." He said to me.I obeyed without a thought. They all gasped and their eyes went wide. "We must call the Alpha." He said.

I burst into tears and hugged the tree I lay against. "NO!! No Alpha! No Alpha! I good!"

His eyes glazed over and I cried harder. He was going to hurt me! I pleaded and begged for him not to get the Alpha. He sighed and picked me up and I screamed bloody murder. There was a ferocious growl behind us and I whimpered.

"Mine!"  The manly voice growled.

The man that was holding me looked petrified. "A-Alpha" Alpha? Oh no! "She needs medical attention and fast."

He walked towards us and I cowered away from him,balling my eyes out. The Alpha looked almost hurt at my actions,but I didn't care;he was about to kill me!  He took me from the man and when our skin touched I felt the most wonderful tingles explode from his hands. I gasped and my begging began.

"Please" I whispered. My voice had gone from all my screaming. "I...good..you..no kill..me..please." I whispered.

He looked down at me like I was a lost child he'd been searching for. He chuckled a bit and bent his head down and silent tears fell down my face. He was going to spit my throat with his canines. This was it. I waited for the pain,but it never did. Instead,I felt the tingles again on my neck and up my jaw as he pressed feather kisses on my skin.

"I would never  hurt you. What is your name,Little One?" He asked me.

"Noelle."

"Noelle" he sighed,my name rolling off his tongue,naturally. I like the way he said my name. It was so different the the way the other Alphas said it. He took a whiff of my hair and started to run. I held on to him right,but I felt like sleeping. I was so tired.

"Noelle! Noelle! Stay with me,Little One...no sleeping. Eyes on me."

"But...tired."

"I know,baby. We'realmost home."

Home. I smiled,drifting into memories of the place I loved so well,but remebered little of.

Beep...Beep..Beep...

What was that noise? I concentrated and heard whispers from people. I listened further to hear what they were saying.

"When will she wake up?" Asked a silky voice,whispering. I liked hearing this voice.

"I don't know,Alpha." Said the other.

Alpha?! I felt my heart beat quicken and the beeping did too.

"Please step out for a minute,Alpha.."

"No! I can't,she's my Mate! Noelle!" The voice yells,giving me a splitting headache. Did this guy ever shut up? I gasped to myself. If he ever knew I thought that,he'd hurt me. I did still like the way he said my name,even when he sounded almost...fearful. But what for? His voice fades away and soon my headache subsides. The beep slows and so does my heart.
Could some magic be linking my heart to the beep? Impossible! I suddenly have the earge to cry. I felt empty now that the voice was gone. I opened my eyes to see someone in a long white coat looking at pieces of paper. He had long brown hair that was pulled up tight in a ponytail,he was tall-ish with rather pale skin and slim fingers. He looked up at me and I gasped as his eyes were red.

"Good morning,Luna."

Luna was not my name. My name was Noelle. I frown at him,he was not the voice I liked...not even close. The voice I liked was so soft and velvety...like the sweetest,warmest chocolate. I loved the way it said my name....

"Noelle..."

Yes,like that.

"Noelle.." It said again. I hadn't realized that I closed my eyes,but I opened them to see a man there...he was tall and very good looking. He had black hair and his hands were the size of my entire head. His eyes were golden and seemed to stare straight unit my soul. What did he see? "Noelle," He sighed,hugging me close. It was very strange to have a man touch me like this. I squirmed and he let me go,looking all over me. "I was so worried for you,Little One." I tried to speak,but no words came out. My throat hurt and tears welled up in my eyes. He sighed. "I know it hurts,sweetie. Your vocal chords are bruised and you won't be able to speak for a few weeks. I'm sorry honey."
I nod and decided to put my knowledge of sign language to good use,even though he might not know it. I signed. "I don't talk much anyway."

"Too bad" He signed. He knew sign language!

"Not for me"

"I wanted to hear your beautiful voice again."

I blushed a bright red and he chuckled. "Who are you?"

"I am Alpha Kane Sin,your one and only Mate"

I panicked a little,but my wolf assured me that this man wouldn't hurt us and I trusted her. "What is a Mate?" I asked him.

"Well,it's someone who you are destined to love and cherish for all your life. Someone who is designed for only you so that you can love them and protect them and take care of them. It's my job to insure that you are safe and happy in my arms. I am your Mate as well as you are mine. My other half so to speak."

"So we are supposed to fall in love?"

"Yes,Little One."

"But you're an Alpha..."

"So?"

"Aren't you supposed to be heartless and not love anyone?"

His eyes went wide and I curled into a ball,despite the pain in my chest. He was scary when his eyes turned black as night. His monster was out....
