Joey has an alcoholic mother, Shane is abandoned by his father. They're both being bullied and they can't hold the pressure anymore. They meet each other on a website designed for people to help each other, and they start talking. They both feel like there's someone who cares about them, and they decide to get together one day. What will happen? Will there be more than friendship?
*NOTE* This story is an AU (= Alternate Universe), meaning it's totally different from the real world. Shane and Joey don't even know each other in the beginning etc. Some actual facts of Joey/Shane's lives are not mentioned or completely changed. For example; I know that Shane doesn't drink alcohol, but that doesn't mean that there is no possibility of him drinking in this story etc. Don't lament about it, it's a pure fictional story. On the other hand, have fun reading!
*NOTE 2* Things may start off really slow, but that's because I want to give more depth in each's lives. They don't know each other yet at the beginning, so I wanted to focus on the developing friendship.
*NOTE 3" Eventually, things will get graphic. I will say it beforehand, though.
