It's been a week since I have talked to Will. Well, I've tried to talk to him and he would answer shortly and then walk away. My sadness has turned into anger. He can do what he wants to do.
Things with Ethan have been going good. He took my out to get ice cream earlier this week. It helped give my mood a boost. Ethan tends to put a smile on my face when I need it most.
"Alice!" Jane snapped her fingers in front of my face. I must have been day dreaming and completely zoned out.
"Sorry, what were you saying?" I asked. Jane jokingly rolled her eyes and repeated what she had said to me.
"Brandon asked me to the spring dance." She said.
"What?!" I jumped off of the bed. Jane smiled and nodded her head. I clapped my hands and then hugged her. Brandon and Jane have been talking a bit ever since Garret, Brandon, and Ethan had joined our lunch table. I totally ship them and happen to ship Carly and Garret too.
Most schools probably have winter dances. Well our school has a spring dance instead. I prefer it this way though, that way we don't have to face the harsh cold weather and we can actually go outside to take pictures.
"What about you Carly? Do you have a date?" I asked.
"No." She responded disappointedly.
"Don't worry, Garret will ask you." Jane said. I smiled and nodded my head reassuringly.
"Hope he does." Carly sighed.
"Are you going to the party this weekend?" Carly asked.
"No, I'm spending the day grooming the horses and getting everything ready before the big storm hits next week." I replied.
"I'm not going either." Jane said and then Carly said she wasn't going because we aren't.
After two movies, pedicures, manicures, and one tub of ice cream later, I decided it was time to go home.
My parents were sitting in the living room watching a show when I did get home. They had already eaten dinner and I was still completely full from eating all the food I did at Carly's.
"Hey, honey." My mom greeted turning her head to face me.
"Hey, guys." I waved.
"Have fun at Carly's?" My dad asked.
"Yeah, I'm beat. Think I'm going to go to bed. Love you." I informed.
"Love you too." They both said. I walked up the stairs with what strength I had left. I am so tired and can barely manage to keep my eyes open. I took off my jacket once in my room and then my shoes.
Not even bothering to put on some pajamas, I climbed into bed and instantly fell asleep. With the stress of Will not talking to me, school, and this big storm coming up, I can fell this is going to be one long week.
You may be thinking that I'm a little dramatic you can say because Will won't talk to me. It's all I can think about really. He was my best friend for years and he left. Will came back and now he won't talk to me again for I don't know what reason!
Forget about everything for now. Sleep.
