Chapter Two

Chapter Two- Twin Twin (Spin Spin)

-Raven Knight-

I make my way through the forest with my sister trailing behind me. The moon is out high in the sky and I could tell that my sister wasn't feeling all that great about doing this at night.

Well fantastic. She's all too happy to do our weekly night routine back in New York, but here? She's as jumpy as a bunny.

I am wearing my hoodie over my head and so is Scarlet. We've heard about things that live in these forests and frankly, I wouldn't be doing this if it isn't needed.

"Are you ready to do this?"

Scarlet nods and she shifts into Sage.
Her voice becomes more musical like and her eyes change to a stunning blue, my exact own. My eyes are a crystal blue that appears almost see-through.

As for me, I hear a storm approaching above us and Lightning strikes somewhere in the distance.
Perfect.

putting together my middle finger and pointer of my right hand I make a sign of lightning in the air above my forehead. It is a rule that you can't let the lightning pass your heart. If you do, you can become crazed and end up a maniac.

Yeah, I know right?

I trace my two fingers over the veins of my outstretched left arm and trace it above my heart and across my chest and thrust them outwards. And what happens?

Lightning!

And  truthfully the tree didn't deserve it, but come on. What else is going to be my target practice?

"You know that you totally copied that from Avatar right?"

I chuckle,Sage's beautiful voice always has a smart comment to make.

"Go and get some exercise. I'll be here."

She salutes and takes off running at a amazing speed.

Laughing for a moment, I then return to my attempt to let off some steam so of course I don't try to kill some idiot at school.

After a few minutes Sage comes running back, tackling me to the ground.

"You know that was seriously dangerous right?"

Sage hisses in my ear, "We're being watched."

Sage get of me quickly and we both take off running through the trees.

We burst through our front door, and nearly take down our mother in the process.

After explaining and apologizing to her we each go our separate ways.

The next morning Scarlet and I head into the school arms linked together, as if we are an unstoppable force. We had to sneak out of the house this morning to go to school, because our mother didn't want us to go.

"I still can't believe you switched your bag to your FOB one."

"I still can't believe your not a Fall out Angel yet."

"A what?"

We pass the same girl that hit Scarlet over the head with a volleyball and she glares at me, as if she has a right to. Dumbass bitch.

"Hey you! Scarlet!"

Scarlet turns at the sound of her name and the girl frowns.

"Not you, the other girl."

I smirk.

"My name is Raven. Ra-ven. Get me?" I mock her.

She takes my arm and drags me into an empty classroom.

"How did you know that I'm pregnant?"

I snicker, "For one you just admitted it. Two there was always a chance I was wrong, so that just helps my first case. Three, you hold your arms around your stomach."
I tick off on my fingers.

She looks shocked.

"My name is Bella Swan." She says, smiling holding out her hand.

I glare at it, then her.

"And I don't care."

I turn to open the door, but stop with my hand on the door frame.

"Next time, if you hurt my sister, whether it was by accident or not, prepare for the consequences."

I fling open the door whistling a tune underneath my breath.

Scarlet comes up next to me and asks, "Is that Panic! at the Disco?"

I facepalm.

"I'm telling you, she had the guts to drag me into the room and demand that I tell her how I knew she is prego."

Scarlet laughs quietly under her breath, as to not be heard by anyone around us in the lunch room.

"On a different note, how did you know?"

I shrug stuffing my face with my salad, before remembering that it wasn't washed or tasted good, and nearly blanching.

"You know how sometimes I get this little voice in my head that tells me things."

"Um, Rae, that's your conscience."

I look at her dumbfounded, "Seriously? Well anyways, my mind had already looked over half of the airport crowd and this," Tapping my forehead twice. "told me that she had all the signs."

"So you're a female version of Sherlock."

"Oh please. I hope not. That guy is such a douche."

"How so?"

We launch into an argument about this topic for the rest of lunch blissfully ignoring the fact that the Cullens were watching us. Or two in particular.

"Are they seriously talking about Sherlock Holmes?"

"Just a second ago they were discussing Bella."

"What about her?"

"Apparently she's pregnant."
