I stand in disbelief,
As I ponder to the questions,
That sound like a broken recorder,
Playing in my head 24/7.

I'm sorry this has to happen,
This situation is unavoidable.
It feels like a murder,
A crime that I have committed.
Please tell me this is just a dream,
Or at least what it seems.
I'll try to move forward,
And make things less awkward.
Just bare with me,
And you will see.....

I'm close enough to start a war,
A war that would tear the city and nations apart.
It sounds like I don't have a heart,
Let alone a heart that is smart.

Why am I the one being accused of?
You're help isn't making it better.
Shall I write you a letter?
One with my sincere apologies.
And a pleasing signature.

This storm of yours,
Is pouring tears into my life.
I stutter as I speak,
Not knowing what to say next.
It's my very confession,
And it has become my profession,
Of revealing all my hidden secrets and truths.
That no one ever knew.

I go on my knees,
And beg for you,
Not to treat me like this.
Please. Please. Please.

Your wish is my command,
At every act it goes unplanned,
Don't stare if you can't withstand.

I'm done with life,
I'm done with you,
And let's settle it through,
This is our last: rendezvous.
