Fingers cross,
Everything will be okay.
It will be just fine,
Don't be nervous.

Rubbing my eyes,
It's not a dream.
Indeed I feel special,
And it's my absolute pleasure.

A new world,
As precious as a pearl.
Wow! I think to myself,
Doesn't it feel magical.

Now for the wait,
I clenched my hand into a fist.
Tapping my foot on the ground,
To the beat of of my heartbeat.

Here I am,
In the waiting room.

-----------------------------
I'm worried.
I need to stop thinking about it.
Maybe I need to see a doctor.
To prescribe me some antibiotics.

I don't need no surgery,
I'm in good condition.
I'm a happy, healthy girl.
.... Unfortunately, a sad, unhealthy girl.

What if I die tomoz?
What if it's my last day to live on planet earth.
There's so much on my bucket list,
A list that I would love to complete before I die.

I've set it all out,
In chronological order,
First to last,
And no overlaps.

I pray everyday,
To make sure I'm all ok.
Ensure I received my payday,
In time for my recovery.

Oh please.
I hope everything is fine.
