The rain came down out of nowhere, Liz and Kali not even noticing a cloud in the sky before the downpour began.  They quickly ran to the building Amber went into, one of the least destroyed buildings with only one segment having a whole in it. Kali closed the front door behind her as they walked into the lobby, Amber pulling out a blanket from her backpack and laying it on the floor before laying down on it.

"The rain is beautiful isn't it?" Liz leaned against the wall, looking past the broken glass window and at the rain as it hammered down on the streets. Kali nodded and watched as the rain drained into the underground base she had come to know as her home. Her hands curled into fists and she forced herself to look away before she hurt someone, walking over to where Amber was laying down with Kelsey sitting next to her.

"What's on your mind?" Kali sat down next to Amber, Amber turning and looking at Kali. Kelsey stood up, scoffing, and walked over to where Liz was standing.

"I'm going to go to bed, we can talk more in the morning but I'm just honestly exhausted Kali." Amber rolled over so her back was facing Kali. Kali nodded and stood up, walking over to where she put down her backpack. Kali sighed and sat down, hugging her backpack as she laid down and began to drift off to sleep.

"Liz." Liz turned and smiled at Kelsey, continuing to lean against the wall.

"What's up?" Kelsey walked close to Liz, whispering as she spoke.

"We need to leave. It isn't safe with Kali here." Liz's eyes widened as she looked over to where Kali was sleeping.

"Why isn't it safe?" Kelsey leaned in close.

"I talked to that guy who attacked us at the village... He only attacked us because of her." Liz backed up from her, shaking her head.

"Y-You talked to him?"

"Yes but not at my choice, he caught me off guard and before I could run he made me stay and then told me everything. He had to kill Trevor because Trevor and Kali were working together to kill someone innocent!"

"Why would you trust what he said Kelsey? He killed everyone in our village..." Liz kept her voice down, Kelsey moving closer and keeping her voice low as well.

"Because he showed me evidence. That mission Kali was given is to get a device back to a base was to kill someone, the device kills people."

"Show me the evidence Kelsey." Kelsey sighed and shifted back and forth on her feet.

"I-I don't have it with me but he showed it to me in person!" Liz shook her head, taking another step back.

"I'm s-sorry but I don't believe you Kelsey. Kali wouldn't do that to kill an innocent person, m-maybe she has a reason to kill this person." Kelsey curled her hands into fists and stepped closer to Liz, pinning her against the wall.

"You would trust her more than your own sister?!" Thunder shook the building as Kelsey screamed at Liz, slamming her fist into the wall next to her face.

"That's not it Kelsey! I just think we should get Kali's point of view first!"

"My point of view on what?" Liz's eyes widened as she looked behind Kelsey, Kelsey turning around to Kali aiming a gun at her face. "What is going on here?" Kelsey slowly lifted her hands up, Liz moving out from behind Kelsey and standing next to her.

"Kali put the gun down." Liz moved to push the gun down but Kali quickly stepped back, aiming the gun at Liz.

"Tell me what is going on and I will put the gun down."
