Ashton's P.O.V

Ahna is incredibly beautiful and smart, and to my surprise not attracted to Jesse. Everybody in the Sireth thinks they're completely and totally in love. Jesse may be in love with her but It doesn't matter if Ahna doesn't feel that way.

All marriages are arranged and its based off of whose DNA fits the best together. While roaming through some of the files I found something very interesting, I stuffed it in my pockets while making my way back to the cabin.

Ahna's P.O.V

I sat on the couch with Jesse's head in my lap, he was incredibly clingy. This morning I got up without him when he finally woke up I got lectured about, staying with him at ALL times.

Isn't that what he got that nurse for? But I knew they could not stand each other. Ashton actually stood up to Jesse not once but twice. I was reading a book because I mean what else is there to do? But it said that a man can not stand up to man of importance unless that man has an equal or higher position than he.

I know a nurse isn't even close to the owner of the Sireth 's grandson, so what kind of position does he have that's so important? I jumped when the door opened, and Ashton walked through. Jesse looked up at me "Calm down babe" he laughed.

"Ahna can I show you something?" Ashton asked. "What are you showing her?" Jesse said panicked, "if you pull your pants down I swear to god" he jumped over the back of the couch bringing it down with him. Ashton looked shocked then his eyes held humor.

He unbuttoned his pants and pulled the zipper down, then he picked me up and ran to the back bedroom. He shut and locked the door. "What are you doing" I asked cautiously. "Don't worry I'm not taking my pants off" he whispered. There was a loud crash from the living room.

"Shit" I murmured, he's breaking the furniture. Ashton reached into his pocket and grabbed a piece of paper. "Look its our most compatible partners" he whispered In my ear. Jesse had told me about a million times me and him were the perfect DNA match. I gasped, Ahna Leighton was at the top of the paper.

DNA matches it read and at the very top with 97% percent was Ashton.

Then it second place with 94% was Jesse. "How'd you get this" I asked.

"I have access to medical files because I'm a nurse" when he said nurse my mind clicked to ask him what his position was.

But he most likely wouldn't tell me and if he knew I was trying to find out he would make sure I didn't. "What's your last name?" I asked. He narrowed his eyes. "Rose" he said.

"Why do you ask" I scrambled to think of something. "Well were supposed to marry our best match, just wanted to see what my last name could potentially be" Ashton smirked. Jesse is going to KILL me!!

As we walked out to the living room, Jesse rushed at Ashton and they fought AGAIN this was the third time. I grabbed a few books from the massive book shelf we had. And every single book was about the Sireth. "I'm going out" I told them. Jesse grunted a response. I went to my now favorite place to relax. Which was up in an old oak tree in the forest it wasn't to far from the cabin.

I climbed up the tree, my climbing skills had improved greatly since the last time. I sighed in contentment as I rested on the branch. I grabbed the books, which I stuffed In my shirt so they wouldn't fall while I was climbing, I started flicking through the pages of the original families book. I knew Ashton was in the original family.

After about fifteen minutes I finally found what I was looking for in fancy scripting said the Rose family.

I choked back a sob as I saw what they were famous for, it says, The Rose family controls the breeding center, and currently the leader is Ashton Rose who by far is the most cruel leader the breeding center has ever had.
