12. Americans, Kids, and More Pizza

-DING-DONG-

"Coming!" Ashton jumped up from the couch and ran to the door.

"Mikayla! Come here!"

"Hello!" Ashton's mom said.

"Hi! Nice to meet you Ms. Irwin."

"Oh please dear, call me-"

"Mommy I'm hungry!" Ashton's brother said.

"We'll, we have some pizza left over. Would you like some?"

"YES!" He yelled.

"We'll, it's on the coffee table, so come on." I said to the kid.

"Ash can you help me with the groceries?"

"Of course mum." After getting the kid his pizza and sitting him at the table and introducing myself, I went into the kitchen to see what Ashton was doing.

"Can I help?"

"Oh no dear, your out guest, and were almost done anyways." I nodded.

"So were are you from? Because your definatly not from Australia."

"Your right. I'm from New York."

"Oh your American! Lovely! We're actually part American. What brought you out to AUS?"

"We'll, my "sisters" mom is getting married, and he asked us all to move out here."I put air quotes around sisters, because we are just not by blood.

"Mmmhmm. Why are you living with your "sister"?

"We'll, I uhh-" I started.

"Oh dear I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable! It's ok, you don't need to tell me."

"Thank you." We smiled.

"We'll, I have to get back to work. Ashton please watch Harry and your sister is at her friends house."

"Ok mum, love you." He said giving her a kiss on the cheek. After she left we went back Into the living room.

"Aww AshyPoo wubs his mummy!"

"Shut-Up you."I laughed.

-DING-DONG-

"UGHH people! seriously? Ill get it. COMING!!" I yelled

"Oh hey guys! I thought you weren't coming." I said while ushering them in."GUYS ALIANA AND CALUM ARE HERE!!" The boys were downstairs in 2 seconds literally.

"So how was today?" Luke asked while wiggling his eyebrows up and down. This kid. I swear. He's always getting into people's business!

"It was good. Until Dave got into my business."

"Oh god. What did you do? Or say?"

"We'll, he's cutting down our curfew to 9 and I said ok." Woah! This is not Aliana behavior!

"Wait. What? All you said was ok?"

"Yea."

"Wow. I don't know what your doing but I like it!" We all laughed, followed by an awkward silence.

"So how was the date?" Ashton Asked.

"It was a lot of fun."Calum responded.

"Thats it? Just alot of fun?" Michael asked.

"Yea we wet to the park and had a fin picnic." Ali replied.

"Don't worry, ill get all the details later." Luke said.

"Me too." I whispered back. We all took a seat in the living room and Harry came down the stairs and bumped into Aliana.

"Oh I am so sorry!"

"It's ok. My names harry by the way and I'm Ashton's little brother."

"Hi Harry, I'm Aliana, Ashton's friend.

"Hey little guy!" Calum said, giving him a high-five.

"Hey cal! I heard you were done with Maddie."

"Um yea." Calum seemed uncomfortable .

"Harry! Don't bring that up! How do you even know about that?" Ashton replied, and I turned my head to look at him. He shook his head.

"You should talk to your friends with your door closed and learn to whisper." He said making a quick exit.
This. Kid. Is. Genius.

"Soo we start school tomorrow." I said trying to change the subject.

"Yea. Calum said I need a guide. At least ill make a new friend. Hopefully."

"That's good. He ash do I get a guide?" I said.

"Huh? Oh yea I forget to tell you." He said seeming distant but smiling down at me.

"Calum did you tell Aliana yet?" Luke asked.

Oh god. No. What's this now? I shot him a look then glanced at Aliana.

"Tell me what?"
