Chapter 24

                        Hazel's POV

I couldn't move. Like a deer in the headlights, I stood still.

One million things going through my mind and I couldn't move.

The sudden sound of wash snapped me out of the trans I was in.
"Hazel?...babe are you ok?"

I blinked ounce...twice...three times. But every time I oped them he was still there, Standing in all his glory...the chief himself.

"I suppose you'd like to see Georgia?" I asked.

"Umm..only if she wants to see me. After all I did lie to her sister to join the war. But, the way she sounded on the call beacon, it's urgent" he replied fiddling with the hat in his hand.

I looked at him for a bit.

"Wash..I'll be back" I turned around and pecked his lips.

"Don't be long" he whispered into by ear.

I smiled and led John to Georgia and Alaska's house. They had the biggest one because George is loaded. She has so much money she could probably buy the planet easily.

"So...is there anything I should know before I knock on the door? Or should I just be like 'hey Georgia, I know it's been awhile, but hey, I'm back." He asked.

I immediately cracked up laughing and held my stomach. It also hurt like a bitch, because I was still healing up from my c-section.

"Umm..well she has a boyfriend, we call him Alaska. And she's a bit crazy because of..." I lowered my head.

"Because of what?" He asked.

"Well.."

"Spit it out" he demanded.

"Because Ohio's g-gone" I stuttered.

His face immediately dropped and he ran onto the green grass to the door and banged on the door.

When Georgia opens the door she had a smile on her lips and very happy looking Alaska clinging to her waste.

But when she saw John, the smile faded away. Her mouth was open a little bit.

"Hey I know this is sudden but..i-is it true. Is she really gone" he asked.

Georgia still looked speechless as a tear slowly makes its way down her cheek.

"Y-yes" she shakily answered.

"Why"

"I'm so s-sorry" she sobbed, as she jumped into his arms. He wrapped his arms around her, and embraced her in a hug.

"Georgia, I know it's hard, but you need to calm down and and tell me. So what the hell is going on?" He asked surprisingly calm.

She sniffled a couple of times and pulled away from him only to cling to Alaska again.

"S-she left"

"Why? What happened?!" He boomed.

"There was...an incident" I interrupted.

"I'll find her...uv got to..it's all my fault" he said balling up his fists.

"No it's not" Georgia said swiping her hand over her tears to creep them up.

"I should have told her" she stated.

"No, you stayed true to your promise" John stated.

And just like that, he was gone.

We haven't seen him or Ohio in 10 years. They send cards from all over the planet, and even others.

Our little girl is growing up to be a little bad-aśš.

Also George and Alaska got married last year, and are expected a little baby boy soon.
