People were looking at the girl like she was another mad person down the streets. A shriek was let out every time the girl accidentally bumped into someone. Fumbling with apologies, Marinette sprinted as fast as she could (she definitely runs faster than me in civilian form) to her home which is just a few roads away.
Barging through the doors, her mother jumped from shock as her hurricane of a daughter flew up the stairs to her room.
Inside her purse, Tikki was gripping the sides for safety. This isn't going to end well she thought as she felt her stomach grumbling in protest from the speed run.
Marinette bounced and landed on her comfy bed before letting Tikki out. She knew that look on her face.
Tikki flew to the private bathroom, slammed the door and puked her guts out. Apparently she had one too many cookies that morning.
A sigh was let out as Marinette focused on the task at hand. It was password locked, of course! Marinette completely forgot about it. Even if she did manage to steal his phone, how can she get through the passcode!
Argggghhh! I haven't thought of that. He's not stupid! Tons of fan girls would want to see his phone, so he needs some sort of protection if it ever falls into their hands. It must be hard to unlock, but this is a matter of life and death!
Tikki flew back to Marinette's side after finishing her not-so-ladylike vomit in the toilet. The growing panic on her friend's face alarmed her and had her asking,"What's wrong?!"
She looked at Tikki in the eyes before crying out loud, "I can't unlock the phone!!!"
Tikki's jaw dropped to the ground before having a glance at the high tech phone. Marinette was smothering her face in the pillows, screaming internally at her stupidity.
Somewhere on top of the buildings, a black-clad body was running as fast as it can to the Central Park where the event was held. The masked hero couldn't see his partner anywhere and figured that she was probably running late.
With an awesome flip, he landed directly on the perfectly-made statue. Everyone gasped dramatically at his entrance before starting to clap enthusiastically . He could see his friend Alya in the crowd of spectators, figures. She had Ladyblog to update after all.
The mayor, Cat Noir respected him a lot as he had managed to govern the city, keeping its citizens happy. His large body walked towards him and whispered,"Where's Ladybug?"
He shrugged his shoulders, she was indeed running late. Did she miss her wake-up call or was she just eating? Cat often wondered on what type of person she was but it didn't matter because he loves her regardless.
Whoa, where did that come from? Plagg asked. Adrien sighed before explaining his crush on Ladybug to him.
Let's just say that it was a bad idea.
Plagg chortled in his mind before laughing for real.
Shutting him out of his head, Cat noir took time for himself as the mayor began his opening speech. Looks like she's not coming, it's a little disappointing. Who is he kidding? It is really sad to not see her for Adrien.Ladybug, that name brings good memories to his mind. Not being cheesy or anything but he can't help but think of her every minute of the day. He likes, no scratch that, loves the way she talks, smiles and her beautiful eyes glow like sapphires.
His heart thumps faster every time he sees her, he notices every small things she does as well. Like biting her lip when she thinks her way through the problem or her amazing smile when victory was in their hands.
The first time he met her, was the best moment in his entire life but that's a story for another day.
I'm so sorry for the late update and how short it is. I'll admit it is a filler but I will make the future updates longer so thank you for reading, commenting and voting! ;)
Oh yeah thank you for telling me that it's mayor not president. I have no idea, a big thank you to the ones who pointed it out!!! :)
