As soon as the door sign was flipped from 'closed' to 'open', a horde of overexcited people stampeded straight into the beautifully renovated bakery.

Tom and his lovely wife were bustling around, serving customers like busy bees in the hive during honey-making season. Loud voices ordered what pleased them from here and there, while soft inaudible whispers were immersed in discussions of the new menu.

Perfectly hand-drawn illustrations on the latest menu board seemed to catch the attention of a whole lot more customers.

Everyone was absolutely relieved that their best bakery was up and running again. Saving all of them with their mouth-watering pastries as well as the recently discovered coffee menu.

So welcome to the newly improved, Tom&Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie!

A few weeks ago, Sabine and Tom were thinking about redesigning the entire bakery and house. Things were just too crowded for them so they ended up taking a break.

Marinette was delighted at the thought of having more space for her cloth-designing supplies. In her mother's mind, the change could be good for the bakery. After all, the customers had always complained about the small amount of space to stand on when waiting for their order.

Plans of the architecture were brought out once again just like it had once been years ago. The three of them agreed and disagreed as they continued on planning.

Now it's stunned to perfection. Once drab walls were now covered with simple but beautiful white wallpaper. Marbled floors completed the modern look.

Everything is not cramped as it is before, in fact it looked more spacious what with its black painted window sills and clear glass windows.

"A dark mocha frappe and a box of macaroons please." An elderly woman ordered in her raspy voice, her feeble form formed pity around Sabine's heart.

She took a moment to finish everything up before preparing the best for the little old lady. Packing the sugary delights into dainty, secure boxes and pouring the dark liquid into a cup, she passed it to the lady saying, "There's no need to pay for it, grand-mère. Think of it as a grateful present from the bakery to you."

Holding the bags she gave her, the old woman shooked her head before giving her money. Sabine refused and helped the woman out of the bakery.

Leaving quickly so that she wouldn't need to accept the old femme's money, the doors closed with a soft chime.

Her old Forrest green eyes were dancing with happiness, it was nice to know that young people were still helpful and kind.

But disaster striked when a young cycler bumped into her. The blistering hot coffee and macaroons fell on her floral printed dress, staining it terribly.

All the passer-bys simply went on with their lives, ignoring the poor femme on the ground, struggling to get up.

Some finding it comical, began taking pictures of the incident and posting on their social media. How immoral they were.

Suddenly a black body-clad suit appeared out of nowhere, landing in front of the lady and began assisting her up effortlessly.

Trying to ignore all the flashes from the cameras, Chat Noir focused on his task. It irritated him, knowing that these people took pictures of the grandma instead of lending a hand.

One in particular started to request for poses and what not. Controlling his temper, the black cat ignored that person.

He stated,"Oh for god's sake, just pose with the stupid old lady, nothing bad's going to happen."

That struck a nerve.

Luckily his partner arrived at the scene without him knowing, so he was caught off guard when he saw her. Ladybug was her name, they fought together against akumatized victims for quite a while now. But he felt drawn to the girl. On how she saves the day, on how her mind generates ideas so quickly. It was admirable, not to mention she was awe-striking.

Beauty and Brains, a perfect combination for him.

At least that's what his heart tells him, the thought of love never even crossed his mind until he met her.

Taking control of the situation, the heroine tried to reason with the angered-reporter.

"Sir please, we do not take pictures with a victim. We help them. It's simple as that."

"But don't you want publicity? I mean like sure you have been saving the city from villains for quite some time now. But we the public never got a clear shot of you rescuing people. So Ladybug, you can't blame me."

With that one 'reasonable' speech, Chat Noir struck.

"Yes, we may have been helping everyone out in the city. And it's a sad thing that you haven't been able to get a candid shot of our actions. But a grandmother is hurt, you're supposed to help the elderly. Isn't that what we humans are supposed to do?! Not taking pictures of her and posting on the Internet!! It's immoral and rude. And as for you reporter, you can take pictures of us but think first of what's going on around you."

Gabe Winston stood firm and tall but beads of sweat dotted his hairline and forehead. His hands around the professional camera were clammy. Fear was evident in his eyes, planted by the hero.

One by one, the guilty began to apologise to the grandmother who had been watching from the sidelines. She forgave them and told them it's okay.

Ladybug tried to calm Chat Noir down, placing her hands on his tall form, she told him to breath in deeply and out.

The reporter was furious, he marched straight back to his office. Leaving the two heroes and everyone else behind.

In his mind, thoughts were swirling around like a giant whirlpool.

How dare he make me look bad in front of everyone??! A picture, that's all I ever asked for. Who cares if a 'poor, old' lass fell down?! When a candid shot of the two of them can get me famous?! I had already planned it out. Gave Winston, the personal publicist of Ladybug and Chat Noir. Now, my image is stained because of the damn cat!!

His anger acted like a beacon to the man who could grant his wish but for a price.

A dark butterfly was sent out once again, diminishing the small amount of goodness left.

This is when Chat Noir realises his feelings for her, at least the part one of it.
I tried my best and I hope that you guys are satisfied?
I hope that it's not too much of a disappointment?
