Chapter 13 Always get what I want.

Jess's Pov
I am sick of Soda's shit, he doesn't pay child support, he has nothing to do with our kid. So therefore while Kayla and Dallas are watching Josie I am going to the DX to talk with Soda. I pulled up in my cherry red stingray, I got out and walked in.

"Hey hot momma." Steve said I gave him a death glare. "Where the fuck is Soda?"
At that time Soda walked out from the back. "Why are you here?" He asked. "Well because we need to talk." There was a moment of silence before anything was said.

"I have nothing to say to you." He said.

"You aren't paying child support, you haven't paid any attention to Josie nor have you been a father to her, Dean has been he's bought her clothes, food, and put a roof over our heads when you kicked us out. If your not going to be in her life then just sign this paper saying you sign yours rights over."

"I'm not signing over my rights as a father."

"Well I guess I'll see you in court then."

"We can't afford lawyers. I can't and you don't work so there you go."

"The court will appoint you one if you can't afford it, and actually I can afford a lawyer and I do have a job. Just shut your mouth before I shut it for you." Then I stormed out of the DX and drive home as fast as I could. When I got there I was greeted by Dean picking me up and showering me with kisses.

"How did it go?"

"He refused to sign the paper and so I told him that we'd see him in court, then he was like I can't afford a lawyer and you can't either and you don't even have a job so I set him straight. I'm going to the court house first thing tomorrow morning then I'll he back to the office." Since Dean is a lawyer I'm his personal assistant so that's my job. I keep up with all his paper work and I make all of his appointments, meetings and all that jazz. It's really not a fun job but hey 800 a week is awesome. I'm definitely not complaining about it. I called Kayla and asked her if she would keep Josie for the night and she said she would. So there fore me and Dean had a night to ourselves if you know what I mean.
