Nick's POV
I can't believe how immature she is, and I thought she had a turning point and she had changed.
Me and Cory had to face Mario Testino and told him Miley left, at first he was confused but then he stared at us for 10 minutes in disbelief, finally he burst in outrage.
After that incident I snapped and I told Cory to forget about the relationship, I was completely, entirely, and finally done with Miley's antics. She's stubborn, immature, childish, and a total bitch! I don't care if without her my career would be in shambles, I can't take it anymore.
I was angry, I was fed up, it was a tough day for Cory after he had to talk to Mario and apologize, he had to deal with me and the fact that I want to drop the whole relationship, he was frustrated and stressed and keeps getting yelled at, I kind of felt sorry for him but that's his price to pay for being an idiot for trusting Miley.
"I know you're upset," He said to me.
"Try 'fucking pissed'!" I yelled "I never want to see her again, period."
Cory's eyes widened and he shook his head violently "Nick, think about your career!"
"My career?" I spat "My career was fine, and then suddenly she made me one half of Hollywood's most problematic couple with my stoned face on every tabloid cover who couldn't even act professional enough to stick around and finish a fucking photo shoot!"
"Your name also didn't appear on the charts when your career was 'fine'." He pointed out "Miley's horrible, but we can't deny the fact that she's brought you a lot of attention and publicity."
"Whatever!" I cried "I'm done, Cory. This is it, you can't persuade me to go back to her again. My career will survive, but I won't if I have to keep dealing with her crazy ass."
"Nick, we—"
"I said I'm done!" I repeated angrily as I shot him a glare "No."
Cory looked at me hopelessly like he could already see the future ahead of me with my career falling apart but I couldn't care less about that right now, all I want is to get rid of Miley for good. "You can start telling everyone we broke up or something," I muttered.
He hesitated "I—No, no, Not right away. Look, we need to discuss this—"
"There's nothing to discuss! How many times do I have to tell you I don't ever want to see her again until you get it?!"
"Listen! We can't just end this because of a stupid incident—"
"Stupid incident?!" I interject.
"—I'll figure it out, and I'll try to talk to her. In the meantime, fine, you don't have to see her. Let's...call it a break...but not one the public has to know about. While we take care of this and figure out what to do I need to make sure you guys still look like you're dating."
"What?! It's over for good! We don't need a conspiracy and make people think we're still dating!"
"Yes we do, I don't want this relationship to look bad in the public eye. We don't need more bad publicity, if both sides decide to end the relationship then we'll make it seem like a quiet and peaceful break up, but until we reach a conclusion you guys will still be dating."
I threw my head back in frustration "Fucking hell," I muttered.
"Just try to relax while I take care of everything. At least I agreed that you don't have to see her...at least for now. Make use of this very generous break I offered you and take it easy." He said, walking towards the door. He looked annoyed and tired of me, of Miley, and of us who keeps coming up with issues.
