Some say that Cartman's Cupid counterpart is responsible for Tweek and Craig's relationship and the Mr Tucker's acceptance.

If you watch "Cartman Finds Love", you can tell Cupid me is only a figment of Eric's imagination and is only imagining him. This is shown in said other episode when Cartman "beats up" Cupid me and Butters thinks Cartman is going crazy, since Cupid Me doesn't exist.

Therefor, Cupid me didn't do anything. My theory is that he actually represents realization or acceptance, since that is what the characters felt after being visited by Cupid me.
