In "The Book of Love" scene, we see Craig and Tweek in their own beds staring at, well, nothing. However, you can tell by their facial expressions, they are experiencing worry, confusion, fear, realization, or a mix of all of them.
If you remember, before the scene, Tweek was told by his parents that they were accepting of him being gay and, for some reason, gave him money.
Craig's family, however, is not shown, telling us his parents don't know or didn't mention it. If you can tell, Craig's face is more worried looking than Tweek's. Unlike Tweek, Craig has the infamous South Park worried expression, with lines that look a little like parentheses on the side of his eyes. In the show, the expression shows worry or panic. However, with Tweek, all we see in his eyes are very small lines under his eyes, probably showing he hadn't been sleeping much that night. This could be due to either confusion of his sexuality or that he's drank so much coffee he does this every night and gets dark circle cream every morning. (That other theory about the dark circle cream part's a joke, just pretend like it's funny. Jk.)
