So after they've been sent home, Craig goes to Tweek's house. After dealing with Tweek's parents, he confronts Tweek in his bedroom.
This scene is where we can see Craig's feelings for Tweek for the first time in the episode, however it's a little hidden.
He tells Tweek to help him stage a breakup. Craig and Tweek's relationship grows here, where it's more into a creepy close friendship, much like cough cough Stan and Kyle. Craig motivates Tweek by saying, "You're more capable of more than you think." Why is this seen as close? Well from South Park, the characters wouldn't seem to tell each other that. South Park characters are known for ripping on each other, while motivational and soft things such as that wouldn't seem to fit like the normal friendships the characters have.
This is a sign that Craig is becoming closer to Tweek, which they get closer and closer to each other throughout the episode. Much like slowly out of the "friend zone" and into an appropriate relationship between two ten year old boys.
