In Tweek x Craig, we see some Stan and Kyle.
Notice how when explaining yaoi, we see Stan and Kyle looking at each other.
They also seemed to question Creek the most throughout the episode.
Stan also explains "if it could happen to Tweek and Craig, it could happen to any of us". Much evidence of Stan and Kyle being together has been shown with several "I love yous" and much more.
Stan seemed confused himself and even was seen in bed in "The Book of Love" scene. Maybe this made him confused about his own sexuality. He may have then realized that he may have had feelings for Kyle, since are very, very, very, close.
So maybe Stan and Kyle is real too?
