After Tweek walks out, Craig is sad. Not only because everyone now sees him as a manipulative jerk, but he finally realizes that he had feelings for Tweek all along. He realized that now he was gone and it was over, Craig was upset. In the episode, Craig seems to get over it though.
Craig walks home in sadness. Seen later in the episode, Craig seems more mad than sad over the fact that people view him as a jerk. So, the only reason why he could be sad is that him and Tweek are through.
He's heartbroken by his own mistake.
Tweek's dad is more upset than Tweek. He feels for Tweek, basically. This makes Tweek feel guilty and upset over the breakup which is why drum roll, he wants to make up with Craig. He realizes that his feelings for Craig would make his parents and Craig and himself happy. This is why he confronts Craig later on.
