Tweek goes to Craig's house after the breakup and confronts him explaining they should make up.
Craig once again denies that he and Tweek are gay. However, Tweek explains why they should make up.
Tweek tells Craig that he made him "believe in myself in a way I never have before". He also explains he thought everything would get better after the breakup, meaning they would be happy again. So if it didn't get better, they obviously were upset about being broken up, which is why Tweek wants to make up.
Tweek also explains that Craig "changed something" in him, could it be how he didn't have feelings for Craig until then? *DUN DUN DUN*
As Tweek says this, the famous South Park parenthesis around the eyes look comes up in Craig. Remember how said earlier it could mean realization? It made him realize that he does still have feelings for Tweek, and he had a chance to make up. But then, in his mind, could think of his unaccepting father, which is why he tells Tweek "to go be gay with someone else".
Someone else. He's basically saying that he is gay to Tweek, but not for Tweek when he actually is but denies it due to his father.
