In the episode, Thomas Tucker, Craig, and a little bit of Tweek, seem a little in denial of Tweek and Craig's relationship and sexuality.
Tweek, because he doesn't want to be embarrassed by his parents at home.
Craig, because he knows his father wouldn't approve.
Thomas, because he expected Craig as straight, and believes he did something wrong to make his son the way he is.
In the first few minutes of the episode, when Tweek goes to the Asian girls, he tells them him and Craig aren't together, but unlike Craig, leaves out denying that he's gay. Because unlike Craig, he knows he might.
In the principal's office, they both say they aren't gay. But Tweek didn't say that to the Asian girls. Probably since PC Principal has authoritah, and Tweek knows he could call his parents and tell them, which is what he was mainly worried about.
Craig denies it throughout the episode, since his father may have told him it's a choice and he chose not to. Later in the episode, everyone realizes it's not a choice. They think the Asians choose. But it's actually based on the person, the Asian girls' yaoi brought them together.
At Skeeter's, Thomas talks to the bartender about it to the bartender. Randy then confronts him and explains to Thomas he did nothing wrong, and that Asians decide who's gay, which isn't true in reality, and explaining that being gay isn't a choice.
This then makes Thomas get upset because he wishes his son wasn't gay and isn't accepting.
