Bright. Dark. Clean. Dirty. Male. Female. Everything.

Nina was in awe. She had never been anywhere outside of her pack town before, so for her to be in a city was a pretty big deal. She had to stay hidden in alleys and dark places, however she could still see the flashing lights and the busy streets from where she was hidden. Everything was so overwhelming.

As she continued travelling through the alleys and less populated areas and streets, Frost decided her and Nina needed to get out of wolf form if they wanted to continue going without being detected by people.

"we need to get some clothes and change back"

"Clothes? why clothes?"

Frost realized Nina had never shifted before, so she wouldn't know that all her clothes ripped when she transformed into a wolf.

"Nina.......I don't think you keep your clothes when you shape shift....."

Feeling super embarrassed, Nina started yelling profanities in her head, before realizing Frost could hear everything she was saying.

"Looks of an angel, mouth of a sailor" Frost teased

"Shut up" Nina huffed

Sniffing the ground, Nina crinkled her muzzle as she smelt lots of different scents. She had no experience with these smells and everything was so new to her that she started to get dizzy.

"let me try"

Giving Frost control of their wolf, Nina kept her eyes out for anything decent enough that could cover her human body. Sometimes it was super helpful when you had two heads instead of one. Nina could focus all her attention on looking while Frost could do all the moving.

"wait, I think I see something over there" Nina said while she directed Frosts attention to a garbage can across the street. It was hidden in an alley and there seemed to be clothes laying beside it however the problem was that in order to get to the alley.......they would have to cross the street.

Seeming conflicted, Frost and Nina decided to wait a little bit until the streets weren't as busy as they were right now. Hopefully with less people around, they could make it across without being detected.

As they waited, Frost decided to make conversation with Nina regarding everything prior to them meeting.

"Hey..."

"Yes?"

"What if they come looking for us?"

"Don't worry.....they wont."

"What if they do though" Frost pushed. Even though she knew there was a very low chance the bloodhound pack would come looking for Nina, she would rather be safe then sorry. As much as she wished her and Nina's mate would come after them, she knew that the possibility of her doing so was beyond low. Once a wolf was rejected, they were never given another chance at love, especially not with the same person. Basically, there was no hope for either of them.

"They wont. Everyone hated me. I bet you the only reason James was nice to me was because he felt sorry for me, not because he actually liked me."  Nina said while she felt her heart tear a little. Although James may have actually been the only person who treated Nina like she was worth anything at all, she believed he would have chosen his family over her. After all, she was the reject of the pack, and who would want to be related to or even friends with the reject?

"do you see that?" Directing Ninas attention away from the negative thoughts she was having, Frost saw small movement in the alley where the clothes were. Looking at the street, she saw there were no cars. If they wanted to move, they would have to do it now. Frost could hear the next car approaching. They only had 30 seconds before it turned onto their street.
