Amy P.O.V.

I woke up, not recognizing where I was until I felt Drake breathing the top of my head. I looked outside through the window, seeing it was in the middle of the night. We must have slept for a while, since I fell asleep around last afternoon. I guess we kind of needed it. Taking my eyes off the window I saw Drake had drooled on my hair, and was curled around the back of my body. Speaking of hair, I really need a shower. Maybe later we can bathe in the creek. Yeah, that would be nice, My eyes started to slowly sink down until I heard a small tapping noise. 'It's just the rain', I thought, dismissing the thought. Wait. Maybe it would be a good idea to check that out. It could be Ben or Sarah. But, I really don't wanna get up and wake Drake. He really needs some sleep after what he's been through.

I guess I decided to go back to sleep because I woke up to more tapping, but it was louder and I could see the sunrise peaking through the window.

"Drake." Nothing. "Drake wake up. Come on baby, pleeeeaaassseee?" I said giving him the famous puppy dog eyes and poutty lip, even though he can't see me.

I could feel him stirring, and he mumbled something into my hair, pushing his face into it hiding like a (adorable) little kid. I slightly shook him, which did nothing at all. Finally giving up, I pushed myself off the couch, stretching my stiff muscles. He turned away from the bright sunshine, and curled himself into a little ball. He's such a baby. My baby. Anyway, the tapping noise quieted, so now I could only faintly hear the tap tap tap. Whatever. I'm hungry, too hungry to be worried about a rodent. I walked over to the cabinets, searching for food other than apples. I was going to get sick of them anyway.

"Drake?"

"What!!" He asked, sounding annoyed. "Should we try to find some more food?" I asked. He only replied with a small grunt. I then had an idea.

"I know just what to do." I told Drake, giving him a mischievous look. He sat up on the couch, rubbing his sleep-filled eyes.

"Oh no. I know that look. What do you want to do?" He said rolling his eyes, looking at me knowingly.

"Let's go fishing."

"This is the worst idea ever." Drake said, shivering since he took his shirt off, which I might add is probably one of the most hottest things I've ever seen.

"You're just being a big baby, come on the waters peeeerrrrfectt!" I said holding the 'r'  for dramatic effect. I had a bra and shorts on that I found in the cabin, which probably was Sarah's. The water is actually pretty warm, Drake's just being a baby. I watched as he slowly lowered himself into the lukewarm water. His chest glistened in the sunlight, with him ducking into the water to get his hair wet. I looked as he swam around searching and taking in his new surroundings, then coming back to the surface.

"Yeah, you're right. The water is pretty nice." He said smiling in defeat. Drake then had a spiteful look plastered on his face, and with that moved back underwater. I didn't think he could do anything to bad, so I waded through the water, looking at the plants, until I felt a hand grip my leg. I knew it was Drake, so I pretended to act like I was in trouble.

"Oh no! An evil sea monster's going to eat me! Oh Drake, save me!" I said grinning. The hand started moving upwards, but once it was at mid-thigh, I pulled away which only resulted in Drake grabbing my waist and pulling me under. After two seconds we came back up and Drake was laughing while I was spluttering water out of my mouth. We both turned to each other and kissed, and I could feel Drake smiling against my mouth. Breaking the kiss, I stared into his ocean blue eyes.

"Shouldn't we be fishing for food?" Drake asked breaking the silence.

"Yeah, okay. How exactly are we going to do this?" I asked, not fully thinking through the situation beforehand.

"Um, maybe we could find like a sharp stick, like something to spear them with?" He asked, his eyes searching around for a stick, then lighting up with an idea. "Maybe I could get some knives from the kitchen!" He said excitedly. I didn't have time to reply because he was already climbing out of the water. Once he left, a lot of fish started swimming around my feet. It looks around about 12-14 fishes. Was that normal? Probably not, I mean nothing's really considered 'normal' around here. Drake came back from the cabin, hands gripping long, sharp knives. My mother instincts kicked in when I saw him running with them.

"Drake! Don't run with knives! Didn't you learn that in kindergarten?!" I scolded him, emphasizing the word 'kindergarten'.

"I'll be fine! We've been through worse anyway." He said rolling his eyes, but slowing down. Once he got to the edge he saw all the fish swimming around my feet, his eyes widening.

"Is that supposed to be normal?!" He said while handing a knife to me. I held the wooden handle and said, "I don't know for sure, but I don't really care because it means more food for us!" I said, and with that I stabbed the closest fish, then pulling it up out of the water, I showed Drake. He looked at me as if I were some bad ass. I guess in a way I am. He jumped in, not even scaring them away. We both stabbed most of them until we had a pile of them, all in the course of 30 minutes or so. The sun was starting to set, so we carried the fish back into the cabin.

"How are we going to cook these?" Drake asked.

"I know how to cook them, but I may need some supplies." I dropped my pile in a nearby basket and walked over to the cabinets. I opened the first one, trying to find a pan or something to cook them in. I had to look in two more cupboards until I found the perfect pan.

"Drake do you wanna look for some fruit or berries as a side?" I asked softly. He replied with a "sure" and I warned him to not pick any poisonous ones. Once he left, I looked to see if there was any spices that I could use, but they were all long expired by now. The only thing I could find was some salt, which should be enough. Time to get cooking.

*******

When Drake returned I already had a small fire going, and I had to hold the pan above the fire with a slightly used oven mitt. I was in the process of cooking two fish, which should be enough for the both of us. He had a handful of raspberries and blackberries. Perfect.

"I'm almost done with these two, so you can make whatever with those." I said nodding towards the berries. He sighed and walked back out of the cabin, probably to wash them. It was only until he left when I heard the same tap tap tap in the morning. What could that possibly be? The fish were done so I set them the two best plates I could find. Walking around, I scanned the cabin, searching for the source of the noise. Oh no. Are you kidding me!?

There's a basement door that I somehow never noticed in the corner.
