Amy P.O.V.
I was in the school. Except, it wasn't really the school that me and Drake found. This version looked like it was just built recently. Another weird thing was, well, I was sitting in a desk. With other kids my age sitting around me in other desks. Now this was weird. I looked around for Drake, but he wasn't here.
I looked over to the person sitting next to me. It was a boy around my age that had old-fashioned looking clothes on, blonde hair, and green eyes. I admit he was kinda cute, but not as much as Drake. He was looking towards the front of the room, where a teacher was talking about some kind of novel that looked really boring.
"Excuse me, but where are we?" I said trying to be polite.
He didn't look over at me but instead, raised his hand. The teacher called on him.
"Yes, Ben, what do you need?"
Now I know his name, Ben.
"Yeah, um, may I go to the outhouse? I don't feel so well." Ben said, followed with a groan.
"Yes you may, just please hurry."
"Thank you ma'am."
So then as Ben got up, I looked over to the person sitting by me on my left side. It was a girl with long, slick black hair, about shoulder length, and she had brown eyes.
"Um, may I ask you a question?" I said.
She didn't even look over. So I tried again.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" With a bit more forcefulness then I intended. I couldn't help it, I came from an impatient family.
She still didn't notice me!
"What is going on here." I muttered under my breath.
I slowly got up from my chair. That's when everyone noticed. Not me, the chair. Then I bumped into the girl, (Curse my clumsiness) and she shivered for a moment looking through me, as if I didn't exist. Everyone returned back to their work.
I started walking up to the teacher, and she didn't notice me at all!
"Sarah, will you please pay attention and stop daydreaming! I'm trying to teach a lesson!" The teacher said, looking at the girl my desk was next to.
"Sorry, Mrs. Anderson." Sarah said.
Maybe I should look for Ben. He seemed nice. Once I got outside, I saw the outhouse. Then I saw Ben. He was getting beat up by these mean looking boys! Being the brave person I am, I ran up and pushed one of the boys off of him. He looked straight through me, at Ben. He also looked as though he saw a ghost.
The other two boys resumed their punching and kicking. Then I punched the boy on the left in his cheek. After I got through him, I kicked the boy on the right in the shins. The all looked scared as heck, and ran off. Ben had a split lip, a soon to be black eye, and a couple of bruises on his arms and legs. He looked very flustered and startled at the same time. He was looking around for someone, but he couldn't find them. Probably looking for me.
That's when the screams started. And they were coming from the schoolhouse.
