Chapter 7

Amy P.O.V.

I woke up on the bench. What happened here? There was desks knocked over, claw marks on the walls, and Drake was missing. That's when I heard screaming. It sounded a lot like Drake. Maybe I should check on him.

"Amy? Amy are you okay? Talk to me please!" Drake said.

He sounded really worried about something.

I think I got up to fast because my head started spinning real bad. Once I regained my balance I looked outside and it looked like it was around 3 in the morning. Drake! I totally forgot about him!

"Drake? Where are you?"

"Amy! I'm outside! I need some help! Hurry!" He said urgently.

"Okay I'll be right there!"

I hope he's okay.

Drake P.O.V.

Thank god she's okay! But now it's time to worry about me. I was a pretty fair distance from the school but close enough that I could hear Amy talking to me. I was really getting close to the edge of the forest. I looked back to see Amy coming out of the school. She looked terrible. Hairs were out of place, her makeup smeared, and she is very pale.

"Amy!"

"Drake? What are you doing over there? I need to tell you something!" She said confused.

"That's the problem Amy. I can't stop! These shoes, they're taking me somewhere. I don't know where but it doesn't look good. I need your help to take them off of me!" I said trying to sound manly when I was screaming with fear on the inside.

"Okay I'm coming just try and slow down a little okay? You're going really fast." She said calmly. I wish I were that calm right now.

Alright. You can do this Drake. Just, hold back. Do it for Amy. I was slowing down! I heard Amy finally come up behind me huffing and puffing.

"Okay, here's what were gonna do. I'm going to grab onto your waist and pull you back towards that tree over there," Amy said pointing to an oak tree that looked around 100 years old,"and I'm going to need you to work with me the best you can."

"I'll try." I said with exhaustion.

That's when things got real bad real fast. The shoes starting sprinting and I could not control them at all.

"Drake! What's happening!" Amy said trying to keep up but instead failing horribly.

"I don't know! I can't control them!"

Then they passed through the forest. Inside of the forest is very hilly. I was running downhill and for some reason the shoes weren't making me trip at all. I looked back for Amy and couldn't see her or the outside of the forest. I must be really deep. Once I turned around, I ran straight into a very large tree branch and heard a thud. Before I fell deep into unconsciousness, I saw a boy and a girl. The last things I thought of were the names Sarah and Ben.

Amy P.O.V.

Crap! I can't believe I let him get away! I could've been faster and now he's probably somewhere in the middle of the forest dead!

I was standing at the edge of the forest, when my shoes starting walking. Maybe they'll lead me to Drake! 

But, something felt off, like someone was watching me. I looked around to see if anyone was, but no one was there.

I saw some broken sticks and twigs on the ground. Drake must've been the cause. I might be getting closer!

Then I saw him. Ben. Leaning over Drake. Drake was sitting in a small pool of blood.
