Alessia's P.O.V.

Suddenly my whole body went numb and all I could hear was a loud ringing sound. I shut my eyes and when I opened them I was still in Jax's arms, Maddison, Kayla, and Jacob all got into a line staring straight forward.

"What are you guys doing?" Jax asked, but they didn't respond, they just stood there. I got up and waved in there face but nothing happened, once again they gave no response, no reaction to me or Jax.

"Justin said that two of us were strong enough to resist what they were going to do to us. What if that wave passed and they are being controlled by someone, Alessia?"

"I- I don't know. W- We have to act like they so they don't find out." We both nodded in agreement and got into the line behind them all. The trained stopped and I winced, not at all ready for what was to come. We arrived at what looked like a small, but secluded, city. They separated the guys and the girls and directed us to separate buildings across from each other with another building I between them. Jax gave me one final reassuring glance before he was taken in the opposite direction.

They escorted us to our rooms, no one said a word so neither did I. It wasn't just our group of friends, there were many other people there too and it seemed like they were all close to our age. The people, who I'm guessing were in charge of this operation, were talking, assuming that no one could understand them. They called themselves Victim Riders. I couldn't make out what else they were trying to say, all I know is that I'm not ready for this. What do they want with us? What are they going to do? Will I ever see my friends again? All these questions were racing through my mind, then the lights went out and "Go to sleep" boomed through the intercoms on the ceiling. Funny how they have those in a bed room, was the last thought in my head before I fell asleep.
