In all honesty, I don't know what I am doing. Mason turns a corner and heads into her room. The door swings wide and I run so I can slip in before the door closes. It shuts and leaves us alone in her room.

"Mason," I say slowly. She whips around looking terrified.

"What the hell?" she closes her eyes, "Oh, it's you."

If I'm correct, a tear just ran down her cheek.

"I am so sorry," her voice cracks.

"What?" I breath out.

"I am sorry if that was weird. Actually I am not sorry."

"Nah, that was f***ing awesome." I smirk, putting my hands in my pockets. "Can we talk?"

"If it's about my song or what just happened, no, I don't want to talk." she crosses her arms, her voice firm.

"Aw, come on, I can be very persuasive." I smirk.

She shakes her head, an annoyed look present on her face.

"No."

"Lemme see if I can persuade you." I take a step towards her.

"How about no?" she retorts.

"How about yes?" Another step.

"Why?"

"You're a challenge, you know that?" Step.

"What?"

"Can I persuade you?" Two steps.

"Try me." she crosses her arms. By now I am right in front of her small figure.

"I will."

And that's when I did it.
