Adjusting my eyes to the natural sunlight beaming through the window to my right, I'm amazed to find out its only just gone eight o'clock as I check Aston's phone. Slipping out of his grip I left him asleep in the same bed we continued in last night, bundling my clothes in my arms as I tiptoed away to the bathroom. Freshening up in the shower all I could think about is how I woke up this morning, I've only ever woken up in Charlie's arms and considering this is 'just a bit of fun' isn't cuddling Aston slightly weird? Fresh, moisturised and wrapped up in a big bath towel I went back into my bedroom and got ready for yet another days work in the office, hoping for an easy ride I thought about phoning Chloe for a girly night and a catch up, I'm sure Aston will have made plans considering he's been home by nine every night this week.

Biting into my toast I watched him finally rise.

"Morning."

"Oh here you are," he yawned. "Morning babe."

"I have work, shouldn't you have too?"

"Oh, yeah. I was just hoping it was the weekend again so we can stay in bed all day," he groaned behind me down my neck.

"I'm afraid not, it's only Wednesday," I giggled.

"Call in sick or something."

"No, your boss might let you get away with it but mine wont."

"Spoils sport," he teased, his hot breath against my skin now driving me insane.

"Get to work, you can't hang around here all day doing nothing again," I said pushing him away.

"I suppose I better, I owe rent."

"I don't want any rent money, it's Charlie's loss, he should be here. I'm just thinking of how much more your boss can take."

"He's a pushover," he shrugged. "I'll go in later."

"Well mine isn't, so im going. I'll see you tonight."

"See ya' babe."

Hopping down from the breakfast bar I picked up my things and prepared myself for another day full of gossip and drama, who would have thought it was possible in a box room sized office, but then we are women.

Sitting at my desk I used my old school tricks to text Chloe behind a book, I don't see her enough and whilst we've got the chance I'm taking it. Making plans to meet at hers by eight I made myself a little excited thinking about outfits and how much we have to catch up about, despite it only being a few days since I last saw her. Chloe has been my best friend for years, the one I trust one hundred percent, don't get me wrong, I do love spending time with these girls, but we all have that one best, best friend right? Double trouble my Mum used to say, especially after a few glasses of wine. We both know tonight will be messy not matter how much we try to convince ourselves it's just for a few drinks.

Clock watching from three o'clock onwards I left the office dead on five before you could say gone.

"Hey," I smiled finding Aston in the kitchen wearing just his black trousers and his shirt hanging on the back of one of the chairs.

"Hello babe, have you had a good day?"

"Not bad. Finally got your arse in gear then, how was your boss?"

"I told you, he was cool about it. I just put on a gruff voice."

Giggling I kicked my heels off.

"I hope you like curry," he said.

"My figure can't take anymore take-aways Aston."

"No I'm cooking, I make a mean curry."

"Okay, go on," I smiled.

Sitting at the dining table waiting whilst Aston cooked up something hot I sipped the glass of wine already poured by my place.

"How hot do you like it?" he asked.

"Korma kind of hot," I teased.

"Babe, are you serious?"

Catching my laugh he giggled.

"I'm kidding, I can handle my spices."

"Here you go," Aston said sitting opposite me with a matching plate.

"Thank you, it looks great. I didn't know you could cook something like this."

"It's only curry and rice babe."

"I thought you were more of a steak and chips kind of guy," I giggled with him.

"I can cook quite a few things actually."

"I wish you'd have told me this before feeding me junk all week, I must have put on half a stone."

"Shut up, you have an amazing figure, and don't tell me I haven't seen it because I have," he winked.

Grinning I finished off what turned out to be a lovely meal.

Helping Aston tidy away the kitchen and put the dirty plates in the dishwasher I disappeared to get ready for tonight. Looking through my wardrobe I kept things simple I decided on a midi skirt and bra-let that goes perfectly with my favourite wedges, because after all short isn't always sexy. But freshening up and putting on my glad rags I started to miss being nineteen, getting ready with the girls with plenty of pre drinks was always fun, in fact it started the night perfectly, pictures, banter and the odd dares.

My hair now up in a donut and my lips a deep red, I'm ready and dressed head to toe in an outfit I've grown to love.

"Aston," I called out searching the room for my phone, filling up my clutch bag.

"Hold on, I've just.."

Wandering back through in just a towel his speech stuttered.

"Are you, you..you look hot."

"I'm going out with Chloe at eight."

"Do you have to?"

"Yes," I giggled.

"So what am I supposed to do?"

"Sort yourself out."

"Babe, come on.." he whined stepping closer as his eyes scanned my body.

"No, you didn't want me last night, you was out with JJ."

"Oh trust me, I wanted you."

Giggling again I unbolted the door for Chloe.

"I can't believe you're doing this to me," he groaned clutching his towel around his waist after a 'scratch.'

"I'm sure you'll be fine for one night."

"Hello?" Chloe called out from down the corridor.

"I'm coming."

"I wish I was," Aston mumbled.

"Aston!" I laughed.

Pulling a cheeky face he slapped my bum as I left the house.

I'm really looking forward to tonight.
