Strange Feelings

Chapter One

~Bart P.O.V~

I really don't understand these weird emotions where you feel all happy, goody and...what that called oh ya butterflies in you stomach...weird.

I just can't stop thinking about it. How on earth do I Bart Allen have a crush on blue beetle. I mean ya this isn't the blue beetle in the future but in the past. This blue beetle is name Jaime Reyes and he is my best friend.

Jaime a very kind guy, smart, caring and good. He has a family that he cares about and he treats me like a normal person even when he knows about my future and how bad it is. I guess that what make me like jaime alot..I'm soo crash.

I bang my head on the desk that jaime haves in his room making him look at me concerned.

"You okay bart? " jaime ask me turning away from his homework.

I put a fake smiled and nodded.

"I'm crash man. No worries. "
I tell him making him look at me more closely.

Jaime just shrugs and goes back to his homework. I sigh and put my head on my arms. Where was i...oh ya! I was talking about how these feelings were weird to me because in the future the only thing we had to worried about was to survive and to not get killed by the reach. I shiver remembering about those dark days making jaime look at me again.

"Bart something is bothering you. What is it hermano? " jaime ask while getting up and walking straight towards me.

I gulped and laugh with a fake smile. I'm pretty good with those.
"Hahaa nothing hermono. Just thinking about the future and all. " which wasn't a lie, I tell myself.

Jaime smiled sadly and put his hand on my shoulder. Oh god I'm leaning in the touch.

"Bart, look it okay to talk to me man. I worried about you sometimes okay. " jaime told me with a sweet voice. Making me want to melt.

I sigh and nodded my head trying to hide my blush. Jaime smiled and hug me making me hug him back. When he let go he went back to work on his homework. I sighed while going outside jaime window to get some fresh air. It was dark and I'm use to seeing the dark but there was stars in the sky. I smiled remembering when I was small that I ask my mom how the stars look like. I laugh and rub my arms.

"Bart? "

I turn around to see Milagro smiling at me. I smile back and watch her come next to me.

"Aren't you cold? " Milagro ask while looking at me.

I smiled and shook my head. I look at jaime who smile at me and look back down at his homework. I felt Milagro put a blanket around me and look down at her who was smiling at me.

"Liar. "

I chuckle while rolling my eyes at her. Me and Milagro were just looking at the stars watching them sparkle and shine. Milagro saw a shooting star and yell.

"Ohh make a wish! "

I watch her close her eyes while crossing her fingers. I chuckle and look around jaime neighborhood. It was nice when it was dark. I heard foot steps coming and when I turn around I see jaime smiling at me. I smiled back and look at Milagro as she giggle and look at jaime and me smiling.

"Why you smiling Milagro? " jaime ask while going to my left side.

Milagro laugh and took off. I couldn't help but laugh. Jaime shook his head and smile looking at the sky. I look at jaime and smiled. I don't know how to reacted with these feelings and how they work but I'm glad that it coming from jaime. He really a crash person and....that what make me like him. Jaime look at me and smiled.

"Look go inside hermano. It's getting cold. " jaime said while putting his arm around me.

I nodded my head and let him drag me inside. I wonder if jaime feels the same way about me....well I'll have to find out later.
