Strange Feelings

Chapter Sixteen

~Bart P.O.V~

I stood up but gasp when jaime took off to the skies leaving me behind. Ughhh why is it always my fault!! Wait why am I crying and shaking.......never mind.

I look down and wipe my tears which continue to come down. I held on jaime sweater and went to my suit. They were dried and I started putting them on. I put jaime sweater back on and zip it up and dash away to the village.

Once I got there my grandpa hug me sighing in relief.

"Oh thanks goodness your okay. Why did you took off like that bart. " my grandpa said looking at me worried.

I did a fake smile and look at my grandpa.

"Grandpa I'm fine it's just I didn't want to..uh.."

"Oh okay I understand. " my grandpa smiled rubbing my hair.

Wait what he does???

"You do?? " I ask looking at him.

"Ya..your scared of seeing a doctor. " my grandpa whisper and smile rubbing my hair and walk away leaving me confused and..and...okay wait what!!

I watch my grandpa walk away. I sigh and saw tim running to me. Once he got here he hugged me.

"Bart your back. Wait isn't that jaime? Where is he anyways if your wearing his sweater?? Wait did you two..crash??? " tim ask look at me smiling but gasp when he saw tears coming down my eyes.

That soo did not happen. We didn't crash....I actually made him feel worse and terrible!! I hate myself for doing that to jaime my only best friend and my crush....what wrong with me. I didn't know when I fell to the floor but I felt tim wrap his arms around me and held me close.

"T-that d-didnt h-happen tim! " I snob while holding on tim shoulder who whisper gentle words to me.

"Come on let's get back inside. It's getting dark. " tim said helping me up and taking me inside.

I noticed conner wasn't here and look at tim.

"W-where conner?? " I ask while wiping away some tears.

"He said he'll be back. Just had to check on something. " tim said opening the door to our room.

I wish jaime will come back soon.
So I can fix things.

~Break Time~

It was morning and I got up early not wanting to wake up the others and went outside. Before I went outside I saw jaime in the living room with his arms cross. I sigh and open the door but heard mumbling. I look at jaime and saw him moving with his brows together.

"N-no...scarab stop please...their my friend! " jaime said making me look at him worried.

I close the door and went to jaime but stop when he started talking out loud.

"SCARAB STOP PLEASE!! I LOVE HIM!! NOOOO!! " Jaime gasp and open his eyes wide taking deep breaths.

I look at jaime with sadness but with a heartache. He in love with someone else...I knew I couldn't be with him. I dash out the door leaving jaime without him knowing that I was there.

~Jaime P.O.V~

I heard the door slam making me look up. I sigh and went to get water. I couldn't stop shaking from that dream and took a big gulp of water sighing in relief.

In my nightmare...was something horrible..the scarab was in control and was killing everyone I knew and care. The worst part was that it made me kill the one I love the most...bart.
