Strange Feelings

Chapter Twenty-Nine

~Bart P.O.V~

I smiled and hug white fox who sigh in relief and hug back.

"Thank goodness the luna warn me. " she said making me smile.

Jaime landed next to me and hugged me and making white fox chuckle.

"Mi amor, are you okay? " he said looking at me worried.

"I'm fine blue. " I smiled when I saw conner run to tim who smiled and nodded his head.

I then notice the aliens bowing and when I look up I saw the huge queen alien next to lopilha helping her up. Batman got in front of me and tim covering us from her view. Superman was hovering next to batman.

"My daughter what happen to you? " the queen said looking at lopilha worried.

"Mother the headmistress was going to kill the special metagen. I tried stopping her but she attack me. " lopilha said looking at me and tim.

The queen look our way and nodded.

"Guards take the headmistress away and were leaving this project behind. Seem like their protected by the green lantern cord. " the queen said turning around and walking away.

Lopilha smiled and followed her mother.

~Third P.O.V~

We watch them leave and fly away to space. Soon the flash was free and wonder women who was tied up in her rope by tim was free from the control too.

"Grandpa! " bart dash to barry and barry hug him back tightly.

"Oh god bart. I'm sooo sorry. I'm sorry bart. I'm sorry. " barry cried kneeling down to bart level and hugging him tight.

Bart cried to and hug barry back. Wonder woman smiled when tim let her free and role up her lasso.

"Seem like you know how to use that lasso well, robin. " she smiled when tim gave her lasso back.

"Hehe ya it was fun and easy to use. " tim smiled and blush while wonder woman smiled thinking of something.

Batman sigh and watch the aliens ships take away the machine from the underground and took off with the machine.

"Let's go home batman. " superman said smiling at batman who nodded.

"Yea let's go. "

~Break Time~

Barry sigh while Iris held barry close. They were at his house resting up. Bart was in his room sleeping while iris and barry look at him sleep.

"Barry you know it wasn't your fault. " Iris said rubbing barry back.

"Iris I watch everything I did to bart friends...mostly to bart. I cause him pain and sorrow....he shouldn't forgive me.

Iris sadly look at barry who was crying and shaking.

"Oh barry. " Iris said and hug barry who start crying on iris shoulder.

Iris took barry out bart room and went to their room.

"Shhhh barry it's okay..it's okay. " iris said rubbing barry hair.

Barry soon calm down and fell asleep while iris held him close.

"Oh my love. What did they do to you. " iris sigh watching the T.V for a little while.

~Midnight~

Bart gasp and look around to see he was in his room. He sigh in relief and look at the clock to see it was 3:10a.m at night. Bart sigh got off bed knowing that he won't be able to fall asleep again. Bart left his room and went to the kitchen to drink some milk.

"Bart? "

Bart turn around and saw barry looking at him worried. Bart smiled and put his cup in the sink.

"Hey grandpa wha-....are you okay? " bart said looking at his grandpa who brush his eyes.

Bart knew that barry didn't forgive himself for what he did to bart but bart keeps reminding him that it wasn't his fault.

"Y-ya just can't sleep. What are you doing up in the middle of the night. " barry said walking to bart and putting his hand on bart shoulder.

Bart look down and rub his hands together.

"I had a nightmare and I couldn't go back to sleep...." bart said looking at barry who smiled

"Come here. " barry said grabbing bart and to his surprise bart was light like a feather.

Bart blush and held on his grandpa like a little toddler. Barry smiled and started walking to his room but turning the light off too. They finally got up there and bart put bart in the middle of the queen size bed.

"Oh hey barry. *yawn* why bart up so early. " Iris said smiling at bart.

"He had a nightmare so he going to sleep with us. " barry said laying down on the bed and covering him and bart.

"Oh that sweet. " she kiss bart head and went back to sleep.

Bart blush and snuggle close to barry who smile and held bart close.

"Goodnight bart. " barry said kissing bart forehead and bart yawn.

"Ya...you too grandpa. Also thanks for being there grandpa. " bart smiled and fell back to sleep feeling safe and warm.

Barry smiled and sigh in relief. Bart truely did forgive him and that made barry feel better at last. Barry then went to sleep forgiving himself and promising to himself that he'll protect bart.
