Chapter Ten

They got bart inside the house and put him on the bed but bart groan in pain.

"Ugghh this is so moded. " bart whined and cross his arms. " I blame you all!! "

Bart threw his hands around while looking away. Tim chuckle and conner rolled his eyes. Tim smiled and took out some baya luna.

"Here. White fox gave me these when we left the base. " tim smiled while bart snatch those away.

Bart ate two of the berries and smiled feeling his ribs heal faster. Jaime chuckle and watching bart smile. Conner went next to jaime and smiled.

"So you sure you and bart don't have a thing. " conner smirk and look at jaime blush.

"What noonoo aye ese where you get that I-idea from. " jaime yelled getting tim and bart attention.

Jaime chuckle nervously and rubbed his head. Bart shrug while tim chuckle petting wolf head. Conner laugh and went to tim and petted wolf head too. Soon flash came back and sigh when he saw the team in the house.

"Okay I spoke with the elder and she said she going to put some guards to watch her glowing rocks. Robin and impulse I want you two to keep hiden and not to be seen by the alien while keep watch on the building. " barry said walking outside with the team following behind.

"Okay flash. " tim said while looking around.

Jaime Reyes there is a detection of a explosive around the village.

"WHAT!! " jaime yelled getting bart, tim, conner and barry to turn around.

"What wrong blue? " bart ask walking to jaime.

"The scarab say there a explosive somewhere around the village. " jaime said looking around.

Bart eyes went wide and turn around to warn his grandpa.

"Flash blue say there a expo- "

BOOMM!!!

The team fell backwards flying to the ground. Superboy got up and ran to blue holding him up while tim ran to bart helping him up. Barry shook his head and saw a big hole underneath the house that was full of glowing rocks. The tree house was on fire too and flash dash around it to put out the fire.

Superboy watch and heard jaime waking up while rubbing his head.

"Ughh qué ocurre? " jaime said getting up and saw bart and tim running to them.

"Guys we have to go now. The alien are coming! " tim said holding his staff.

Jaime and conner nodded and ran to the flash who stop when he finish putting the fire out. The elder came out and ran to the flash.

"What happen!? " the elder said looking around.

"Elder it's not safe. Watch out! " barry pulled the elder back from being stab by an arrow.

The aliens soon came out and the soldiers went to attack them. Barry nodded his head at the team and they took off to protect the rocks and village. Barry took the elder somewhere safe and dash back to help the team.

"Impulse behind. " tim yelled while hitting a alien in the face.

Bart side kick a alien and punch the alien behind him and smiled. Bart turn around and saw a alien coming on jaime side.

"Blue to your right!! " bart yelled while dash around and knocking each alien.

Jaime turn around and sonicwave the alien on his right. He then sonicwave the aliens around him. Conner and wolf were taking down each alien they can reach and flash join in the fight.

The aliens smik and press a button releasing some of the alien dogs. They went to wolf first who yelp but soon attack back.

"Robin watch out!! " conner yelled and push tim out of the way and getting attack by the alien dog.

"Superboy!! " tim yelled but put his staff in a alien dog mouth before it bit his head off.

Bart push the dog off tim who thanks bart and went to help conner. Jaime pinned a down to a tree when it tired jumping on bart. Bart smiled and gave two thumbs up to jaime and took off to help his grandpa.

"There to many! " jaime yelled shooting the dog with his plasma cannon.

Then out of no where there was a loud whistle making all the dogs run back into the forests. Jaime landed next bart who watch the dogs run away. Tim and conner went to wolf who had a injured leg. Flash frown when he saw some glowing rocks gone and that there was only ten left.

"The dogs were a distraction. " barry said looking at the forest and watching the last dog disappear.

Bart sigh and look at jaime who put a hand on bart.

"It's okay Hermano well get them. " jaime smiled and bart smiled back.

The elder soon came out and frown seeing the damage the alien have done.

"These aliens are evil! How dare they destroy my village!! " the elder frown looking at the rocks.

"Elder where sorry that we couldn't protect your rocks. " barry said looking at the elder.

She sigh and shook her head. The elder smiled and put her hand on barry shoulder.

" No it okay my dear. You were outnumbered by those dogs. You also tried your best that what matters. " the elder smiled and nodded her heads at the hero's.

Barry smiled and nodded his head at the elder.

"Well the less we can do is help you clean this mess up. " tim said looking at the elder.

She smiled and nodded her head letting the hero's help her villagers clean the mess up. Bart and jaime went to pick up the rocks but they both touch each others hand watching the rock they were about to grab turn blue and red. The elder saw and went to them.

"Oh that a rare color to see. " the elder smile watch bart and jaime blush.

"W-what does it mean elder. " jaime ask not taking his hand away.

"Something special. " the elder smiled and put jaime and bart hands together with the rock. "Keep it close with you. "

The elder smiled and left leaving jaime and bart with the rock. Jaime smiled and grab the rock putting it behind him letting the scarab hold it. Bart smiled and continue to pick the rocks up with jaime help thinking about what the elder meant.
