Strange Feelings

Chapter Seven

~Bart P.O.V~

I watch as jaime scan the area for the alien technology but came out with nothing.

"Nothing. Sorry flash. " jaime look at my grandpa who nodded.
"It's okay. Let check on the other side where gorilla grodd went. " my grandpa said making me and jaime following behind.

I look around and saw some trees destroy or punch up. We finally got there and jaime did a scan. I was looking around while my grandpa look around too. I saw a weird looking gowling rock and pick it up looking at it closely.

"What you got impulse. " my grandpa ask coming to me.

"I don't know. But it looks so crash " I said turning around to him smiling.

Jaime sigh and saw what I had in my hands. He went to check it out too but stop.

"Flash I detected a wave sounds deep in the forests. " jaime said pointing where it was coming from.

My grandpa look where jaime was pointing and frown. I put the rock in my bag that the elder made for me and look where jaime was pointing at.

"Okay. Good job blue. Let get going. " my grandpa said walking to the direction.

I went next to jaime who smiled and follow behind my grandpa. I jump over a log with jaime help and saw that my grandpa stop.

"Dead end. Are you sure it came from this direction blue. " my grandpa ask looking at jaime.

Jaime nodded his head and look around there was a wall of rocks in front of use. My grandpa nodded while looking around too. I notice that my bag was glowing brightly and I pulled it out. The rock flew off my hands and straight to the wall. I gasp getting my grandpa and jaime attention.

"Crash. " I said watching the rock melt the other rocks.

"Great work impulse. " my grandpa smiled and rubbed my hair.

I chuckle and watch as the rock stop melting the rocks giving us an entrance. My grandpa was first to go in and jaime went in next but helped me cross the wall too. I pick up the rock and put it back in my bag and hearing the wall put more rocks in it burn one places.

"More crash. " I smiled and race next to jaime who smiled at me.

We look through the forests until me and jaime groan. My grandpa turned around and dash to us to see if we were okay.

"Seem like were close. " my grandpa said while putting his hands on my and jaime shoulders.

I nodded my head and look at jaime who shook his head to get the sounds out of his head. We went in deeper and then we saw aliens. My grandpa hide making us hide behind a large boulder watching the aliens talk. I look at jaime.

"They saying something about the machine and how they need it to reach their home world. Also they need something....mierda I couldn't hear it. " jaime look at me and i nodded.

When the aliens look somewhere else i dash to my grandpa and told him what jaime told me and he nodded his head. We watch alien talk then they press their bracelets making them vanish. My grandpa got up and look around making sure none stayed. It was all clear and my grandpa nodded his head. He went to jaime and ask what the aliens said.

"At first they were talking about the machine which bart told you. After a while they were talking about the villagers and how their important to the project. " jaime look at my grandpa who frown

"Why do they think the villagers are important? " my grandpa ask looking at jaime.

Jaime shrugged and look where the aliens use to be.

"No they didn't say. All I got was the villagers were important and that they'll attack soon. " jaime look at my grandpa who nodded his head.

"Okay. Look like its getting dark. We better head back and warn the elder about her village. Good work you too. " my grandpa said and started walking back.

We finally got to the village and when we did it was beautiful because their was flying light bugs..wait what are they called oh fireflies!! I watch the villagers put up glowing rocks like mine but they were different colors on their front porch. My grandpa smile enjoying the view and touch my shoulder.

"Why don't you and you friend look around impulse. " my grandpa smiled and I smiled back nodding my head.

My grandpa nodded and dash away to find the elder. I look at jaime who was checking out the light show. I smiled and grab jaime arm making him gasp.

"Come on her-man-oo lets check them out. " I smiled brightly noticing jaime blush.

He nodded his head making me smile more. Me and jaime went to check out the lights and I watch the children catch some fireflies with their pets help and saw the adults holding glowing rock. Me and jaime look at each other at the same time and I blush but smile at the same time. Jaime smiled back and saw a couple handing a girl a yellow glowing rock. I saw too and held on to the rock in my bag that was yellow.

Me and jaime walk around and saw a cliff showing more light than ever. I smiled and ran over their with jaime behind me. I always wonder what it felt like to see a huge flock of fireflies flying by in the future but we don't have animals there anymore. I smiled at the view and sat down on the floor to enjoy it.
